Claims (10)
- 판(3)과 접촉하여 유동하는 제 1 유체와 제 2 유체 사이의 열교환을 가능하게 하도록 의도된 복수의 적층 판(3)을 포함하는 열교환기에 있어서,
상기 교환기는 제 1 유체용 병(11)을 포함하고, 상기 판(3)에는 제 1 유체가 상기 판(3)과 상기 병(11) 사이에서 유동할 수 있게 하는 중간 포트(69b, 75)가 제공되며, 상기 중간 포트(69b, 75)는 각 판(3)의 종방향 주 연장 방향을 실질적으로 횡단하는 방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 판(3)은 각각 두 개의 부분(130, 150), 즉 제 1 유체가 병(11) 안으로 이동하기 전에 제 1 유체와 제 2 유체 사이의 열교환을 가능하게 하기 위한 제 1 부분(130) 및 제 1 유체가 병 안(11)으로 이동한 후에 제 1 유체와 제 2 유체 사이의 열교환을 가능하게 하기 위한 제 2 부분(150)을 형성하도록 구성되며, 상기 중간 포트(69b, 75)는 상기 제 1 부분(130)과 제 2 부분(150) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
열교환기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
판(3)의 상기 제 1 부분(130)은 응축 영역(13)을 형성하며 상기 제 2 부분(150)은 과냉 영역(15)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열교환기. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 중간 포트(69b, 75) 중 제 1 중간 포트는 제 1 유체가 응축 영역(13)으로부터 병(11)으로 유동할 수 있게 하며, 상기 중간 포트(69b, 75) 중 제 2 중간 포트는 제 1 유체가 병(11)으로부터 과냉 영역(15)으로 유동할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열교환기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
판(3)은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 중간 포트(69b, 75)와 정렬되는, 패스 유동 포트로 지칭되는 추가 포트(73)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열교환기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 판(3) 중 이차 판으로 지칭되는 하나 이상의 판의 패스 유동 포트(73)는 상기 제 1 유체가 응축 영역(13)에서 여러 개의 패스를 통해서 유동할 수 있게 하기 위해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는
열교환기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 병(11)은 판의 상기 주 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 열교환기에는 유입 매니폴드(19i) 및 유출 매니폴드(19o)가 제공되고, 상기 병(11) 및 상기 매니폴드(19i, 19o)는 상측으로 지칭되는 열교환기의 동일한 측(17)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
