마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열체 트레이에 있어서,
트레이의 접착력을 높이기 위한 표면처리 단계:
마이크로파 흡수 세라믹 발열체인 입도 3mm 이하의 밀 스케일(mill scale) 이나 제강 슬래그(Steel making slag)또는 자철석 중에서,
선택되는 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상의 100 중량%에 대하여, 콜로이달 실리카 함유량이 8~30 중량%인 실리카 졸(Colloidal Silica Sol) 20~40 중량%의 무기 바인더와 믹서 후 발열체 홈에 도포 성형 단계:
발열체 건조단계:
발열체 표면 넌스틱 발수 코팅 및 열경화 단계:
의 공정을 거치는 발열체를 이용하여, 용도에 따라 설계 제작된 발열 트레이를 응용하여 음식을 조리하거나, 건조기, 온수기 등 다양한 용도로 사용될 수 있게 한 것이다.

마이크로파 흡수 세라믹 발열체 소재로서 강한 자성체인 밀스케일(mill scale)이나 제강 슬래그(Steel making slag) 또는 자철석(Fe3O4) 중에서,
선택되는 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상의 100 중량%에 대하여,
실리카 졸(Colloidal Silica Sol) 20~40 중량%의 무기 바인더와 믹서 후 발열체 홈에 도포 성형 단계:
건조 그리고 넌스틱,발수코팅 및 경화단계:
공정으로서 이루어지는 발열체 트레이 임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
발열체는,
밀 스케일 이나 제강 슬래그 또는 자철석의 입도를 3mm 이하의 것을 사용하여,
무기 바인더인 실리카 졸과 믹서한 후 경화시킨 것으로,
발열체 내부에 기공이 다량 함유되게 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항 내지 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
무기 바인더인 실리카 졸(Colloidal Silica Sol)은,
규산 나트륨에 산을 첨가 30분~1시간 교반하여 규산물을 형성한 후, 추가로 용매를 첨가하여 2~3시간 교반하여
콜로이달 실리카 함유량이 8~30 중량%이고,물 또는 유기 용매 중에서 어느 하나 또는 어느 하나 이상의 함유량이 70~92 중량%가 되게 한 무기 바인더임을 특징으로 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기.
- 청구항 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 바인더는,
실리카 졸 100% 중량에 대하여,
플라이 애쉬(Fly ash) 또는 실리카 흄(silica fume) 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상을 10~30 중량%를 더 첨가한 것임을 특징으로 하는
마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 바인더는,
실리카 졸 100 중량%에 대하여, 급경 시멘트를 1.5~6 중량%를 더 첨가한 것임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
표면 처리 단계는, 발열체 홈에 샌딩 또는 무광택 법랑층 코팅 중에서 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상의 공정 후, 그 위에 발열체가 도포되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
발열체는,
발열체 내부에 와이어 메쉬 또는 유리섬유 메쉬 중에서 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상이 함침된 것임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
발열체는,
트레이에 접착된 발열체의 하단에 세라믹 단열시트를 두고,
지지대의 상향 지지 구조로서, 트레이 바닥에 발열체가 밀착되게 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
트레이는,트레이 내부 바닥에 일정 두께의 발열체가 도포된 것임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
트레이는, 상부 트레이와 하부 트레이로 결합 구성된 것으로, 일측에는 힌지부가 형성되고 타측에는 잠금 손잡이와 결합구가 형성되며,
상기 상부 트레이와 하부 트레이 바닥의 발열체 홈에는 세라믹 발열체가 도포되어, 양면 발열체로 이용될 수 있는 조리기임을 특징으로 하는
마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 제1항에 있어서,
트레이는, 전자렌지 조리실 내부의 좌 우측에 형성 시킨 걸림턱에 거치될 수 있는 것으로,
상기 트레이는 절연 손잡이 커버와 절연 바닥커버가 구비되고,
바닥의 발열체 홈에는 발열체가 도포된 것 임을 특징으로 하는
마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기. - 제1항에 있어서,
트레이는, 발열체 하단에 마이크로파가 유입되는 타공이 다수 형성된 금속성 커버가 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 세라믹 발열 조리기.
