Abstract
절삭 공구대 본체(11)측의 장착부 선회 전동축(90)과 공구 장착부(15)측의 제1 선회 구동력 전달축(81) 사이에, 장착부 선회 전동축(90)측으로부터 제1 선회 구동력 전달축(81)측에 회전 구동력을 전동하는 제1 구동력 전동부(51)를 설치하고, 제1 구동력 전동부(51)가, 장착부 선회 전동축(90)의 슬라이드축(97)의 선단에 형성한 홈부(97a)와, 홈부(97a)에 결합 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제1 선회 구동력 전달축(81)에 형성한 장부(tenon)형 돌기부(92)와, 공구의 미리 정해진 위치로의 이동 도중에, 비결합 상태에서 결합 자세로 부세(付勢)되는 홈부(97a)를 압박하여 결합 자세를 일단 해제하는 돌기체(93a, 93b)를 구비하고 있다.

Claims (5)
- 공구를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 지지체를 구비하고,
상기 지지체와 상기 공구측 사이에, 상기 공구에 구동력을 전동하는 구동력 전동부를 설치하며,
상기 구동력 전동부는, 상기 공구의 이동에 따라 결합 분리 가능하게 결합되는 상기 지지체측의 결합편과 상기 공구측의 결합편을 구비하고,
적어도 한쪽의 상기 결합편은, 양 결합편이 결합 가능한 결합 자세로 부세(付勢)되어 설치되며,
상기 공구측과 상기 지지체측 사이에, 상기 부세력에 대항해서 상기 결합편을 압박하여, 상기 결합 자세를 해제시키는 해제 수단을 설치하고,
상기 공구를, 상기 양 결합편이 결합되는 미리 정해진 위치로 이동시킴으로써, 상기 구동력 전동부를 통해 상기 공구에 구동력이 전동되는 것인 공작 기계의 절삭 공구대에 있어서,
상기 해제 수단은, 상기 공구의 상기 미리 정해진 위치로의 이동 도중에, 비결합 상태에서 상기 결합 자세로 부세되는 상기 결합편을 압박하여 상기 결합 자세를 해제하고, 상기 공구가 상기 미리 정해진 위치에 도달할 때에, 상기 압박을 해제하여, 상기 양 결합편을 결합 상태로 하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계의 절삭 공구대. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양 결합편은, 서로 결합되는 오목부와 볼록부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계의 절삭 공구대.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오목부는 테이퍼형의 홈부이고, 상기 볼록부는 상기 홈부의 테이퍼 형상에 따른 테이퍼형의 장부부(tenon part)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계의 절삭 공구대.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 해제 수단은 돌기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계의 절삭 공구대.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공구가 장착되는 터릿(turret)을 구비하고, 상기 터릿이 선회 가능하게 상기 지지체에 지지됨으로써, 상기 공구가 상기 지지체에 선회 이동 가능하게 지지되며,
상기 해제 수단은, 상기 터릿측에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계의 절삭 공구대.
