Claims (3)
- 식품 포장지 제조방법에 있어서,
OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene)필름(100) 어느 일면에 인쇄층을 형성하는 제 1단계(S100);
저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE: Low Density Polyethylene) 수지, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE: Low Density Polyethylene) 수지와 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지가 혼합된 제1폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지 및 상기 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지와 저온 열접착성 수지가 혼합된 제2폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지를 각각의 압출기에 주입하는 제 2단계(S200);
상기 제 2단계를 통해 각각의 압출기에 주입된 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE: Low Density Polyethylene) 수지, 제1폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지 및 제2폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지가 각각의 층을 이루도록 단일의 필름형태로 공압출하여 접합필름(200)을 제조하는 제 3단계(S300);
상기 제 3단계(S300)를 통해 제조된 접합필름(200)에서 상기 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE: Low Density Polyethylene)층(210)이 형성된 면을 상기 인쇄층이 형성된 OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene)필름(100) 면에 합지하는 제 4단계(S400);를 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장지 제조방법. - 청구항 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지는 상기 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지 70 내지 80 중량% 및 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 수지 20 내지 30 중량%를 혼합하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장지 제조방법. - 청구항 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지는 상기 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지 60 내지 70 중량% 및 저온 열접착성 수지 30 내지 40 중량%를 혼합하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장지 제조방법.
