- 제1광을 방출하는 제1영역, 상기 제1광보다 긴 파장을 갖는 제2광을 방출하는 제2영역, 및 상기 제2광보다 긴 제3광을 방출하는 제3영역으로 구분되는 컬러 필터로서,
기판,
상기 기판 중, 상기 제2영역 및 상기 제3영역의 위에 일체로 형성되어 있는 제1층, 및
상기 제1층 위에 형성되어 있는 제2층을 포함하고,
상기 제1층은 상기 제1광에 대한 흡수율이 80 % 이상이고,
상기 제2층은 양자점을 포함하는 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1층은 420 nm 내지 460 nm 파장 영역의 광을 전부 흡수하는 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1층은 540 nm 이상의 파장 영역의 광에 대한 투과율이 80% 이상인 컬러 필터. - 제1항에서,

상기 제2영역에 위치하며, 상기 제1광을 흡수하여 상기 제2광을 방출하는 제1 양자점과,
상기 제3영역에 위치하며, 상기 제1광을 흡수하여 상기 제3광을 방출하는 제2 양자점을 포함하는 컬러 필터. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 컬러 필터를 포함하는 표시 장치로서,
제1방향으로 제1광을 공급하는 광원,
상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 광원의 전방에 배치되는 제1기판,
상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 제1기판의 전방에 배치되는 상기 컬러 필터 및,
상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 컬러 필터의 전방에 배치되는 제2기판을 포함하고,
상기 컬러 필터는 상기 제1방향을 기준으로 상기 제2층이 상기 제1층의 전방에 위치되는 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 제1기판과 상기 컬러 필터 사이, 또는 상기 컬러 필터와 상기 제2기판 사이에 배치되는 액정층을 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 컬러 필터를 제조하는 방법으로서,
광중합성 단량체, 광 개시제, 알칼리 가용성 수지, 및 제1 용매를 포함하는 제1 감광성 수지 조성물을 준비하는 단계,
광중합성 단량체, 광 개시제, 알칼리 가용성 수지, 제2 용매, 및 양자점을 포함하는 제2 감광성 수지 조성물을 준비하는 단계,
기판 위에 상기 제1 감광성 수지 조성물을 도포하는 단계,
상기 제1 감광성 수지 조성물 위에 상기 제2 감광성 수지 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 및
도포된 상기 제1 감광성 수지 조성물 및 상기 제2 감광성 수지 조성물을 함께 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 컬러 필터 제조 방법.
