Claims (17)
- 적어도 기재층, 제1 접착제층, 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 면에 부식 방지 처리층이 설치된 금속박층, 제2 접착제층 또는 접착성 수지층, 및 실란트층이 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 갖는 축전 장치용 외장재이며,
상기 실란트층이, (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체 60 내지 95질량%와, (B) 1-부텐을 공단량체로 하는 융점 150℃ 이하의 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머 5 내지 40질량%를 함유하는 수지 조성물에 의해 형성된 층을 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머가, 상기 (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체에 대하여 상용성을 갖는 (B-1) 상용계 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머와, 상기 (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체에 대하여 상용성을 갖지 않는 (B-2) 비상용계 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머를 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (B-1) 상용계 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머가, 프로필렌-1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체이며, 상기 (B-2) 비상용계 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머가, 에틸렌-1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체인, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 수지층을 개재하여 상기 금속박층과 상기 실란트층이 적층되어 있고,
상기 접착성 수지층이, 접착성 수지 조성물로서 변성 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 수지층을 개재하여 상기 금속박층과 상기 실란트층이 적층되어 있고,
상기 접착성 수지층이, 접착성 수지 조성물과, 어택틱 구조의 폴리프로필렌 및/또는 어택틱 구조의 프로필렌-α올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 수지층이, 아이소택틱 구조의 프로필렌-α올레핀 공중합체를 더 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부식 방지 처리층이, 적어도 상기 금속박층의 상기 실란트층측에 설치되어 있고, 당해 부식 방지 처리층이 양이온성 중합체 및 음이온성 중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 중합체를 포함하고,
상기 제2 접착제층을 개재해서 상기 금속박층과 상기 실란트층이 적층되어 있고,
상기 제2 접착제층이, 당해 제2 접착제층에 접하는 상기 부식 방지 처리층에 포함되는 상기 중합체와 반응성을 갖는 화합물을 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 접착제층이, 산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지를 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부식 방지 처리층이, 희토류 원소 산화물과, 해당 희토류 원소 산화물 100질량부에 대하여, 1 내지 100질량부의 인산 또는 인산염을 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 적어도 기재층, 제1 접착제층, 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 면에 부식 방지 처리층이 설치된 금속박층, 제2 접착제층 또는 접착성 수지층, 및 실란트층이 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 갖는 축전 장치용 외장재이며,
상기 실란트층이, (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체 60 내지 95질량%와, 상기 (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체에 대하여 상용성을 갖는 (B') 상용계 엘라스토머 및/또는 상기 (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체에 대하여 상용성을 갖지 않는 (C) 비상용계 엘라스토머를 합계로 5 내지 40질량% 함유하는 수지 조성물에 의해 형성된 층을 포함하고,
상기 수지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 (B') 상용계 엘라스토머의 함유량에 대한 상기 (C) 비상용계 엘라스토머의 함유량의 질량비가 0 내지 1이며,
상기 (B') 상용계 엘라스토머와 상기 (C) 비상용계 엘라스토머가 공통의 공단량체 성분을 갖는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 (B') 상용계 엘라스토머가, 프로필렌-1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체이며, 상기 (C) 비상용계 엘라스토머가, 에틸렌-1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체인, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 (B') 상용계 엘라스토머가, 수소 첨가 스티렌계 엘라스토머이며, 상기 (C) 비상용계 엘라스토머가, 스티렌계 엘라스토머인, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 실란트층이 다층으로 형성되어 있고,
상기 실란트층을 형성하는 다층 중, 상기 실란트층의 상기 제2 접착제층 또는 상기 접착성 수지층과는 반대측의 면을 주면으로서 갖는 층이, 상기 (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체를 함유하고, 또한 상기 (B') 상용계 엘라스토머 및 상기 (C) 비상용계 엘라스토머를 함유하지 않는 수지 조성물, 또는 상기 (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체 및 상기 (B') 상용계 엘라스토머를 함유하고, 또한 상기 (C) 비상용계 엘라스토머를 함유하지 않는 수지 조성물에 의해 형성된 층인, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 수지층을 개재하여 상기 금속박층과 상기 실란트층이 적층되어 있고,
상기 접착성 수지층이, 접착성 수지 조성물과, 어택틱 구조의 폴리프로필렌 및/또는 프로필렌-α올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 접착제층을 개재해서 상기 금속박층과 상기 실란트층이 적층되어 있고,
상기 제2 접착제층이, 산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지와, 다관능 이소시아네이트 화합물, 글리시딜 화합물, 카르복시기를 갖는 화합물 및 옥사졸린기를 갖는 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제10항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부식 방지 처리층이, 산화세륨과, 해당 산화세륨 100질량부에 대하여 1 내지 100질량부의 인산 또는 인산염과, 양이온성 중합체를 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제10항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부식 방지 처리층이, 상기 금속박층에 화성 처리를 실시해서 형성되어 있고, 양이온성 중합체를 포함하는, 축전 장치용 외장재.
