Claims (7)
- 서로 교차하도록 배치되는 복수의 게이트 라인들 및 복수의 데이터 라인들;
상기 복수의 데이터 라인들 및 상기 복수의 게이트 라인들의 교차에 의해 정의되는 영역들에 각각 배치되며 데이터 전압이 공급되는 복수의 화소전극들;
상기 복수의 화소전극들과 전계를 형성하도록 배치되며, 각각이 가로 p(p는 2이상의 자연수)개 세로 q(q는 2이상의 자연수)개의 화소전극들에 대응하도록 배치되는 복수의 터치/공통 전극들; 및
상기 복수의 터치/공통 전극들에 각각 연결된 복수의 터치/공통라인들을 포함하며,
상기 게이트 라인들 중 상기 q번째 행 배치의 화소전극들에 대응하는 게이트 라인은 상기 q번째 행 배치의 화소전극들에 대응하는 터치 및 공통전극들의 다음 단에 배치된 터치 및 공통전극들과 중첩하도록 배치되는 터치센서 내장형 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 게이트 라인들 및 상기 복수의 데이터 라인들의 교차부에 인접하여 배치되어 상기 복수의 데이터 라인들로부터 공급되는 데이터 전압들을 상기 복수의 화소전극들에 각각 공급하는 복수의 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하고,
상기 q번째 행에 배치된 화소전극들에 데이터 전압들을 공급하는 박막 트랜지스터들의 게이트 전극들은 상기 전단 터치 및 공통전극 및 상기 후단/터치 공통전극 사이에 배치되는 터치센서 내장형 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 터치/공통라인들은 상기 복수의 화소전극들과 상기 복수의 터치 및 공통전극들이 배치된 표시영역 내에서 동일한 길이를 갖는 터치센서 내장형 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트 라인들 및 게이트 전극들은 기판 상에 배치되고,
상기 데이터 라인들과 상기 박막 트랜지스터들의 소스전극들 및 드레인 전극들은 상기 게이트 라인들 및 상기 게이트 전극들을 커버하는 게이트 절연막 상에 배치되며,
상기 화소전극들은 상기 데이터 라인들과 상기 박막 트랜지스터들의 소스전극들 및 드레인 전극들을 커버하는 제 1 절연막 상에 배치되고,
상기 터치/공통라인들은 상기 화소전극들을 커버하는 제 2 절연막 상에 서로 나란하게 배치되며,
상기 터치 및 공통전극들은 상기 화소전극들과 중첩되도록 상기 터치/공통라인들을 커버하는 제 3 절연막 상에 배치되는 터치센서 내장형 표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 화소전극들 각각은 상기 제 1 절연막을 관통하는 제 1 콘택홀을 통해 노출된 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 드레인 전극에 접속되는 터치센서 내장형 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 및 공통전극들은 상기 제 3 절연막을 관통하는 제 2 콘택홀들을 통해 노출된 상기 터치/공통라인들에 각각 접속되는 터치센서 내장형 표시장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 터치/공통라인들은 상기 데이터 라인들과 각각 중첩되도록 배치되는 터치센서 내장형 표시장치.
