Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 내열성, 내구성, 내가수분해성, 투명성 및 내후성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 필름 내 첨가제의 분산성이 우수하므로, 공정 수율이 향상되고, 내열성, 내구성, 내가수분해성, 투명성 및 내후성이 우수한 필름을 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명의 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 태양광모듈 백시트 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (16)
- 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지, 정전피닝제, 자외선 안정제 및 무기입자를 포함하는 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 PCT 후 기계방향의 신도유지율이 60%이상이고, 필름의 고유점도가 0.65 dl/g 이상이고, ASTM G154에 따른 내후성이 2500시간 이상이고, 전광선투과율이 90%이상이고, 헤이즈가 2.0%이하이고, 필름 제조 시 공정 수율이 90%이상인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 180℃에서 30분간 처리 후, 필름 표면의 올리고머 함량이 0.01 ~ 0.03 중량%인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지는 고유점도가 0.5 내지 0.9dl/g 것인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 정전피닝제는 마그네슘 아세테이트, 소듐 아세테이트, 칼슘 아세테이트, 리튬 아세테이트, 칼슘 포스페이트, 마그네슘 옥사이드, 마그네슘 하이드록사이드, 마그네슘 알콕사이드, 망간 아세테이트, 아연 아세테이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 안정제는 트리아졸계 화합물인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무기입자는 이산화티탄, 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 탄산아연, 산화아연, 산화마그네슘, 인산칼슘, 실라카, 알루미나, 탈크, 카올린에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 대전방지제, 난연제, 안료, 염료, 유리섬유, 내열제, 충격보조제, 형광증백제, 색상개선제 및 증점제에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름은 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지 80 ~ 98 중량%, 정전피닝제 0.01 ~ 1 중량%, 자외선 안정제 0.1 ~ 5 중량% 및 무기입자 0.01 ~ 1 중량%를 포함하는 것인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름. - 파우더 형태의 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지, 정전피닝제, 자외선 안정제 및 무기입자를 혼련한 후, 압출기를 이용하여 230 ~ 260℃로 용융압출하여 마스터배치 칩을 제조하는 단계;
270 ~ 300℃로 설정된 압출기에 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지 칩을 투입하면서, 사이드피터(side feeder)에서 정량공급 장치를 이용하여 전체 원료 투입량 대비 5 ~ 15 중량%가 되도록 상기 마스터배치 칩을 투입하여, 상기 두 가지 칩을 용융하고, T-다이를 통하여 토출시킨 후, 냉각롤에서 급랭 고화시키면서 정전인가법을 사용하여 냉각롤에 밀착시키면서 무정형의 미연신 시트를 제조하는 단계;
상기 미연신 시트를 기계적 방향 및 폭 방향으로 연신 후, 열처리하여 필름을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 기계적 방향으로 연신은 80℃ ~ 90℃로 가열된 롤 사이에서 롤 간의 주속차이를 이용하여 3 ~ 4.5배 연신하고, 폭 방향으로 연신은 100℃ ~ 130℃에서 3 ~ 4.5배 연신하고, 열처리는 210℃ ~ 230℃에서 수행하는 것인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 열처리 후 150℃ ~ 190℃에서 냉각하는 단계를 더 포함하는 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 마스터배치 칩은 파우더 형태의 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지 80 ~ 98 중량%, 정전피닝제 0.1 ~ 1.0 중량%, 자외선 안정제 1 ~ 15 중량% 및 무기입자 0.1 ~ 1.0 중량%를 포함하는 것인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 파우더 형태의 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지는 평균입경이 1 nm ~ 900 ㎛인 폴리사이클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 정전피닝제는 마그네슘 아세테이트, 소듐 아세테이트, 칼슘 아세테이트, 리튬 아세테이트, 칼슘 포스페이트, 마그네슘 옥사이드, 마그네슘 하이드록사이드, 마그네슘 알콕사이드, 망간 아세테이트, 아연 아세테이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 자외선 안정제는 트리아졸계 화합물이고,
