Claims (2)
- 온도 23℃의 페놀/테트라클로로에탄(질량비 50/50) 중에서의 극한 점도가 0.65dl/g~0.90dl/g, 말단 카르복실기량이 0당량/t~26당량/t, 인 원소의 함유량이 0ppm~170ppm인 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 150℃에서 30분간 열처리 후의 장수방향의 수축율이 0.8% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 태양전지 이면 봉지용 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 전이 온도로부터 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 융점 보다 40℃ 이상 낮은 온도까지의 온도 범위에서, 실질적으로 장력이 걸리지 않는 상태에서 어닐링되는 태양전지 이면 봉지용 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
