Claims (7)
- 모세관 현상을 일으키는 간격으로 복수의 미세 돌기를 배열하여 이루어지는 미세 액체 이송 구조체이며,
상기 미세 돌기가 일렬로 늘어서고, 또한 인접한 상기 미세 돌기의 간극을 액체 이송로로 하는 단위 열이 주기적으로 배열 설치되어
상기 단위 열마다에 상기 액체 이송로 중 적어도 하나를 다른 액체 이송로보다 유동저항을 상대적으로 감소시킨 저유동저항 액체 이송로로 하는 동시에,
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로를 소정의 액체 이송 방향을 따라 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 액체 이송 구조체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 열 사이에 형성되는 열 사이의 액체 이송로의 유동저항을 상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로의 유동저항보다 상대적으로 감소시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 액체 이송 구조체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로를 제외한 다른 액체 이송로를 형성하여 인접하는 상기 미세 돌기의 해당 액체 이송로의 출구 측에 핀 고정 효과를 발현하는 엣지부를 형성함으로써,
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로의 유동저항을 다른 액체 이송로의 유동저항보다 상대적으로 감소시킨 미세 액체 이송 구조체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 액체 이송로를 형성하고 인접한 상기 미세 돌기의 상기 액체 이송로의 출구 측에 핀 고정 효과를 발현하는 엣지부를 형성하고,
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로를 제외한 다른 액체 이송로를 형성하여 인접한 상기 미세 돌기에 형성한 상기 엣지부의 핀 고정각을
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로를 형성하여 인접한 상기 미세 돌기에 형성한 상기 엣지부의 핀 고정각보다 작게함으로써
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로의 유동저항을 다른 액체 이송로의 유동저항보다 상대적으로 감소시킨 미세 액체 이송 구조체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로를 제외한 다른 액체 이송로를 형성하여 인접한 상기 미세 돌기의 해당 액체 이송로 측의 부위에 소수 처리를 함으로써,
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로의 유동저항을 다른 액체 이송로의 유동저항보다 상대적으로 감소시킨 미세 액체 이송 구조체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로의 단면적을,
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로를 제외한 다른 액체 이송로의 단면적보다 크게 함으로써,
상기 저유동저항 액체 이송로의 유동저항을 다른 액체 이송로의 유동저항보다 상대적으로 감소시킨 미세 액체 이송 구조체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항의 미세 액체 이송 구조체를 갖추고, 상기 미세 액체 이송 구조체에 의해서 추진력을 얻어 분석 대상을 포함한 조제액을 이송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석 장치.
