Abstract
따라서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방사선 검출장치는 베이스판의 후면에 금속층을 형성한 중간판을 제공하여 인쇄회로기판의 접지 배선과 연결한 접지(ground) 전위의 실드(shield)를 형성함으로써, 외부의 노이즈(noise)를 차단하여 안정한 화상을 얻을 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 방사선 검출장치의 단면도이다.
도 3는 중간판의 각 재질에 대해 공간빈도수(Spatial frequency)에 따른 방사선 검출장치의 검출양자효율(DQE; Detective quantum efficiency)을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (12)
- 하우징;
상기 하우징의 내부 공간에 수용되고, 상기 하우징의 외부로부터 입사되는 방사선을 전기신호로 변환시키는 방사선 검출 패널;
상기 방사선 검출 패널에 전기적으로 연결되는 인쇄회로기판;
상기 방사선 검출 패널과 상기 인쇄회로기판 사이에 배치되어, 상기 방사선 검출 패널을 지지하고, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 접지 배선과 전기적으로 연결되는 중간판;을 포함하고,
상기 중간판은 상기 방사선에 대해 방사선 투과성인 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중간판은,
상기 인쇄회로기판의 접지 배선과 전기적으로 연결되는 전기전도성 제1 금속층; 및
상기 제1 금속층을 지지하는 베이스 판;을 포함하는 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중간판은,
20 내지 35 kVp의 관전압에 의해서 발생된 방사선에 대한 절대 방사선 투과율이 30% 이상인 방사선 검출장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 베이스 판은 탄소섬유 또는 플라스틱 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제1 금속층은 상기 베이스 판의 후면에 제공되는 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판의 접지 배선과 상기 제1 금속층을 전기적으로 연결하고, 서로 이격되어 제공되는 복수의 전도성 연결부를 더 포함하고,
상기 전도성 연결부는,
상기 인쇄회로기판에 연결되고 상기 중간판을 향하여 연장되는 몸체부; 및
상기 몸체부의 단면적보다 넓은 단면적을 갖고, 상기 제1 금속층과 접촉면을 형성하는 접촉부;를 포함하는 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 베이스 판의 열전도도는 상기 제1 금속층의 열전도도보다 낮은 방사선 검출장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 중간판은,
상기 베이스 판의 전면에 제공되고, 상기 제1 금속층과 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 금속층을 더 포함하는 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 제1 금속층과 상기 제2 금속층은 상기 중간판의 가장자리 영역에서 전기적으로 연결되는 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징은,
금속으로 이루어진 프레임; 및
상기 프레임으로부터 연장되어 상기 중간판을 지지하는 지지부를 포함하고,
상기 지지부는 상기 중간판과 면접촉하면서 결합되는 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 지지부와 상기 중간판은 상기 중간판의 가장자리에서 결합되는 방사선 검출 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판의 양면에는 상기 방사선 검출 패널에 전기적으로 연결되는 복수의 전자부품이 실장되는 방사선 검출장치. - 방사선 발생부;
상기 방사선 발생부로부터 조사되는 방사선을 검출하는 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항의 방사선 검출장치;
상기 방사선 발생부로부터 조사되는 방사선 중에서 상기 방사선 검출장치를 투과한 방사선을 감지하는 자동노출제어 센서; 및
상기 자동노출제어 센서에서 감지되는 방사선량에 따라서 상기 방사선 발생부로부터 조사되는 방사선의 노출량을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 방사선 촬영장치.
