Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 복합 부재의 제조 방법으로서,
i) 비코팅면과, 1종 이상의 무기 재료를 포함하는 조성물 (B)로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 코팅면을 갖는 외층을 제공하는 단계;
ii) 외층의 비코팅면을 처리하는 단계;
iii) 단계 ii)에서 처리된 외층의 면에에, 폴리우레탄 폼 및/또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 폼의 생성에 적합한 조성물 (Z2)를 도포하는 단계
를 적어도 포함하며,
상기 조성물 (B)가 외층의 코팅면의 50% 이상에 코팅되고,
상기 조성물 (B)는, 각각의 경우 전체 조성물 (B)를 기준으로, 70∼95 중량%의 분말상 무기 재료 및 5∼30 중량%의 바인더를 포함하는 것인 복합 부재의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 단계 ii)에서의 처리가 코로나 처리, 플라즈마 처리, 화염 처리, 및 1종 이상의 접착 촉진제를 포함하는 조성물 (Z1)의 도포로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 ii)에서의 처리가 1종 이상의 접착 촉진제를 포함하는 조성물 (Z1)의 도포를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 (B)가 외층의 코팅면의 75% 이상에 코팅되는 것인 제조 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외층이 확산에 대해 불투과성인 플라스틱 호일, 또는 금속 호일을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 외층의 두께가 0.01 mm∼5.0 mm인 제조 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착 촉진제가 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 화합물이거나 폴리이소시아네이트 프리폴리머인 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 1종 이상의 화합물이 OH 작용기를 갖는 화합물, NH 작용기를 갖는 화합물 및 SH 작용기를 갖는 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 1종 이상의 화합물이 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 에스테르 기 및 에테르 기를 갖는 화합물, 우레탄 기 및 에스테르 기 및/또는 에테르 기를 갖는 화합물 및 우레탄 기를 갖는 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 (Z1)이 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하고 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 (Z2)가 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하고 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 (Z2)가 하기 성분:
a) 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트;
b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 1종 이상의 화합물;
c) 1종 이상의 발포제
를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법. - 제2항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 (Z1)이 외층의 비코팅면과 조성물 (Z1) 사이의 화합성을 개선하는 1종 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 (Z1)을 분무 도포 또는 롤링에 의해 외층에 도포하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 단계 iv):
iv) 단계 iii)에서 도포된 층에 외층을 적용하는 단계
를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있거나 얻은 복합 부재.
