도 2에서 (a)및 (b)는 일 실시예에 의한 수지 기재의 가열 방법을 설명하는 개략도이다.

Claims (23)
- 수지 기재를 해당 수지 기재의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)-15℃ 이상으로 가열하는 공정과,
상기 수지 기재 상에 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 형성하는 공정을 이 순서대로 포함하는 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 긴 형상의 수지 기재가 롤 형상으로 권취된 수지 기재 롤로부터 해당 수지 기재를 권출하여 상기 가열 공정을 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 권취된 상태로 보관한 후에 상기 가열 공정을 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 권출하는 공정과 상기 가열 공정과 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층 형성 공정을 연속하여 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 공정을 상기 수지 기재의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)+15℃ 이하에서 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 공정을 가열로 내에 설치된 반송롤로 상기 수지 기재를 반송하면서 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가열로 내의 반송롤의 포각이 90°이상인 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가열로 내의 반송롤의 중심 간 거리가 2m 이하인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 공정을 텐터로 상기 수지 기재를 반송하면서 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열에 의한 수지 기재의 수축률이 3% 이하인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 기재가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트계 수지로 형성되어 있는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 기재가 미리 연신되어 있는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층이 상기 수지 기재 상에 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 포함하는 도포액을 다이코팅법으로 도포하고 건조함으로써 형성되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어진 적층체를 사용하는 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 적층체를 연신하는 공정을 포함하는 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어진 편광막에 보호 필름을 적층하는 공정을 포함하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 수지 기재와 해당 수지 기재 상에 형성된 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 갖는 연신 적층체로서,
상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층의 200mm(MD)×200mm(TD)의 사이즈 내에 있어서의 막 두께 변동이 0.25μm 이하이고, 또한 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층의 200mm(MD)×200mm(TD)의 사이즈 내에 있어서의 지상축 변동이 0.50°이하인 연신 적층체. - 긴 형상의 수지 기재가 롤 형상으로 권취된 수지 기재 롤로부터 해당 수지 기재를 권출하는 권출 수단과,
상기 긴 형상의 수지 기재를 반송하는 반송롤을 구비하고 상기 수지 기재를 해당 수지 기재의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)-15℃ 이상으로 가열하는 가열로와,
가열된 수지 기재 상에 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 포함하는 도포액을 도포하는 도포 수단을 구비하는 적층체 제조 장치. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 가열로 내에 설치된 반송롤에서 상기 수지 기재를 반송하면서 가열하는 제조 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 가열로 내의 반송롤의 포각이 90°이상인 제조 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 가열로 내의 반송롤의 중심 간 거리가 2m 이하인 제조 장치.
- 긴 형상의 수지 기재가 롤 형상으로 권취된 수지 기재 롤로부터 해당 수지 기재를 권출하는 권출 수단과,
상기 긴 형상의 수지 기재 양 단부를 파지하여 반송하는 텐터를 구비하고, 상기 텐터의 클립으로 양 단부가 파지된 상기 수지 기재에 대하여 해당 수지 기재의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)-15℃ 이상으로 가열하는 가열 수단과,
가열된 수지 기재 상에 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 포함하는 도포액을 도포하는 도포 수단을 구비하는 적층체 제조 장치. - 제22항에 있어서, 상기 텐터로 상기 수지 기재를 반송하면서 가열하는 제조 장치.
