Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 관한 축전 장치용 외장재를 사용해서 얻어지는 엠보싱 타입 외장재를 도시하는 도면이며, (a)는 그 사시도이며, (b)는 (a)에 나타내는 엠보싱 타입 외장재의 b-b 선을 따른 종단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 관한 축전 장치용 외장재를 사용해서 이차 전지를 제조하는 공정을 도시하는 사시도이며, (a)는 축전 장치용 외장재를 준비한 상태를 나타내고, (b)는 엠보싱 타입으로 가공된 축전 장치용 외장재와 전지 요소를 준비한 상태를 나타내고, (c)는 축전 장치용 외장재의 일부를 접어서 단부를 용융한 상태를 나타내고, (d)는 접힌 부분의 양측을 상방으로 접은 상태를 나타낸다.

Claims (9)
- 기재층과, 해당 기재층 중 한쪽 면 상에 형성된 접착 용이화 처리층(adhesion-enhancing treatment layer)과, 해당 접착 용이화 처리층의 상기 기재층과는 반대의 면 상에 형성된 접착층과, 해당 접착층의 상기 접착 용이화 처리층과는 반대의 면 상에 형성된 금속박층과, 해당 금속박층의 상기 접착층과는 반대의 면 상에 배치된 실란트층을 구비하고,
상기 기재층은, 2축 연신 필름을 포함하고, 인장 시험(시험편 형상 : JIS K7127에 규정되는 시험편 타입 5, 척간 거리 : 60㎜, 인장 속도 : 50㎜/min)에 있어서, 4 방향[0°(MD), 45°, 90°(TD), 135°] 중 적어도 하나의 방향의 파단 강도가 240MPa 이상이며, 또한 적어도 하나의 방향의 신장이 80% 이상인 층인, 축전 장치용 외장재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 용이화 처리층이, 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지, 아크릴그래프트 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지를 함유하는 층인, 축전 장치용 외장재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기재층은, 상기 인장 시험에 있어서의 상기 4 방향 중 적어도 하나의 방향의 파단 강도가 240MPa 미만인, 축전 장치용 외장재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재층이, 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 2축 연신 폴리아미드 필름인, 축전 장치용 외장재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재층의 상기 접착 용이화 처리층과는 반대의 면 상에 형성된 기재 보호층을 더 구비하는, 축전 장치용 외장재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재층의 두께가 6 내지 40㎛인, 축전 장치용 외장재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 용이화 처리층의 두께가 0.02 내지 0.5㎛인, 축전 장치용 외장재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 안료를 함유하는, 축전 장치용 외장재.
- 전극을 포함하는 전지 요소와, 상기 전극으로부터 연장되는 리드와, 상기 전지 요소를 수용하는 용기를 구비하고,
상기 용기는 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 축전 장치용 외장재로부터, 상기 실란트층이 내측이 되도록 형성되어 있는, 축전 장치.
