Claims (10)
- 측면 무(無)이음선(seamless side face)의 사각형 몸통부의 양단 개구부에 네킹 가공을 하여 네킹 성형부를 형성하고, 상기 사각형 몸통부의 양단 개구부에 유기화합물을 개재하여 상면 뚜껑과 바닥 뚜껑을 이중 감기한 사각형 캔이고, 상기 사각형 몸통부, 상면 뚜껑 및 바닥 뚜껑의 내면에 유기피막을 형성한 알루미늄 판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 측면 무이음선의 사각형 몸통부는 원형 블랭크(blank)를 딥 드로잉 성형한 바닥이 있는 원형 캔의 바닥부를 절단한 측면 무이음선의 원통을 사각형으로 변형하여 양단에 개구부를 설치하고, 상기 개구부에 네킹 가공을 하여 네킹 성형부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔.
- 청구항1에 있어서, 상기 측면 무이음선의 사각형 몸통부는 원형 블랭크를 딥 드로잉 성형한 바닥이 있는 원형 캔의 바닥부를 절단한 측면 무이음선의 원통을 사각형으로 변형하여 양단에 개구부를 설치하고,상기 개구부에 네킹 가공을 하여 네킹 성형부를 형성한 후, 상기 사각형 몸통부를 주회(周回)하도록 복수개의 비드가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔.
- 청구항 1 내지 3의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 무이음선의 사각형 몸통 부의 양단 개구부에 이중으로 감겨 설치된 상면 뚜껑 및 바닥 뚜껑의 중앙부에 관통공을 설치하고, 상기 관통공에 절연체를 개재하여 전극이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔.
- 청구항 1 내지 4의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 3조각 사각형 캔의 상면 뚜껑 또는 바닥 뚜껑이 성형 전의 예비가열처리에 의해 결정화도를 20~40%의 범위 내로 한 무연신(無延伸) 폴리에스테르 필름을 피복한 알루미늄판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔.
- 청구항 1 내지 4의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 3조각 사각형 캔이 전지용 용기이고, 상기 사각형 몸통부, 상면 뚜껑 및 바닥 뚜껑의 내면에 이하의 이축연신한 폴리에스테르 필름을 피복한 알루미늄판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔.이축연신한 폴리에스테르 필름 :5≥IA /IB≥1을 만족하는 X선 회절강도비를 갖고, IA는 폴리에스테르 필름 표면에 평행한 면 간격 약 0.34nm(CuKαX선 회절각이 24°에서 28°)의 회절면에 의한 X선 회절 강도이고, IB는 폴리에스테르 필름 표면에 평행한 면 간격 약 0.39nm(CuKαX선 회절각이 21.5°에서 24°)의 회절면에 의한 X선 회절강도를 나타낸다.
- 편면(片面)에 유기피막을 형성한 알루미늄판으로 된 원형 블랭크를 상기 유기피막이 캔의 내측이 되도록 딥 드로잉 성형하여 바닥이 있는 원형 캔을 형성하고, 상기 바닥이 있는 원형 캔의 바닥부를 절단하여 측면 무이음선의 원통으로 한 후, 상기 원통을 사각형으로 변형하여 측면 무이음선의 사각형 몸통부를 형성하고, 상기 양단 개구부에 네킹 가공을 하여 네킹 성형부를 형성하고, 상기 양단 개구부에 유기화합물을 개재하여 상면 뚜껑과 바닥 뚜껑을 이중 감기하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔의 제조방법.
- 사각형 캔의 사각형 몸통부 개구부를 축소하는 네킹 가공시, 상기 사각형 캔의 네킹 성형부의 내측에 제1중형(中型,inner die)을 배치함과 동시에, 이 네킹 성형부의 하부에 확대축소가능한 분할형(segmental die)의 제2중형을 배치한 후, 네킹 다이에서 성형하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 볼스터 위의 상기 제2중형의 외측에 사각형 몸통부를 배치하여 상기 제2중형을 네킹 성형부의 하부를 지지가능하게 확대이동한 후, 이 제2중형 위로 슬라이드에 설치한 상기 제1중형을 하강시켜 네킹 성형부에 위치시킴과 동시에, 상기 네킹 다이를 하강하여 네킹 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8 또는 9에 있어서, 상기 제2중형의 확대축소 및 상기 제1중형의 삽탈(揷脫)을 슬라이드의 하강ㆍ상승에 연동시켜 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 3조각 사각형 캔의 제조방법.
