Claims (7)
- 공기를 흡입 또는 토출하기 위한 임펠러;
상기 임펠러를 회전시키기 위한 모터;
상기 임펠러를 수용하며, 상기 임펠러의 회전에 의해 공기가 흡입되는 흡입구 및 공기가 토출되는 토출구가 형성되는 하우징; 및
상기 토출구의 일측에 형성된 컷오프부를 포함하고,
상기 하우징 내부에서 유동되는 공기의 유동단면적은 상기 컷오프부로부터 상기 공기의 유동 방향을 따라 상기 토출구 측으로 갈수록 증가하고,
상기 임펠러의 저면부에서 상기 하우징의 내주면까지 상기 임펠러의 회전축방향으로의 거리는, 상기 컷오프부로부터 상기 공기의 유동 방향을 따라 상기 토출구 측으로 갈수록 적어도 일부분에서 증가하는 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 임펠러의 저면부에서 상기 하우징의 내주면까지 상기 임펠러의 회전축방향으로의 거리는, 상기 컷오프부에서 가장 짧게 형성되는 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 임펠러의 저면부에서 상기 하우징의 내주면까지 상기 임펠러의 회전축방향으로의 거리는,
상기 컷오프부로부터 상기 하우징 내부의 공기 유동 방향을 따라 갈수록 어느 일 지점까지는 증가하고, 상기 일 지점으로부터 상기 토출구까지는 일정한 원심팬. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 어느 일 지점은 상기 임펠러의 회전축을 중심으로 상기 토출구에서의 공기 토출방향과 180도를 이루는 지점인 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 토출구에서의 공기 토출방향과 상기 컷오프부 사이의 각도는 10도 내지 15도인 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공기 유로는 스크롤(scroll) 형상으로 이루어진 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 임펠러의 회전축으로부터 상기 하우징의 내주면까지 상기 임펠러의 반경방향으로의 거리는, 상기 컷오프부로부터 상기 공기의 유동 방향을 따라 상기 토출구 측으로 갈수록 증가하는 원심팬.
