Claims (12)
- 두께 방향과 수직 방향의 단일 평면을 기준으로,
n 개의 수지 발포체(n은 2 이상의 정수)가 접합된 구조이며,
k 번째 수지 발포체와 k+1 번째 수지 발포체(k는 1 내지 n-1의 정수)의 계면에는 기능성 첨가제가 분산된 구조인 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발포수지 접합체의 적어도 일면은 기능성 코팅층이 형성된 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
발포수지 접합체를 구성하는 수지 발포체 중 적어도 하나의 이상은 하기 일반식 1을 만족시키는 다층 발포수지 접합체:

X/Y ≥ 1.5
상기 일반식 1에서 X는 KS M ISO 844에 따른 수지 발포체의 굴곡강도(N/cm2)를 나타내고, Y는 KS M ISO 845에 따른 수지 발포체의 밀도(kg/m3)를 나타낸다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 X는 30 내지 350 N/cm2이고, 상기 Y는 20 내지 230 kg/m3인 다층 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
발포수지 접합체를 구성하는 수지 발포체 중 적어도 하나 이상의 열전도도는 0.04 W/mK 이하인 다층 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
발포수지 접합체를 구성하는 수지 발포체 중 적어도 하나 이상의 압축강도(KS M ISO 844)는 20 내지 300 N/cm2 인 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
하기 일반식 2를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포수지 접합체:

상기 일반식 2에서,
W1은, 발포수지 접합체를 외부에 노출시키기 전의 KS L 9016 조건 하에서 측정한 열 전도율을 의미하고,
W2는, 발포수지 접합체를 외부에 노출시키고 30일 경과 후의 KS L 9016 조건 하에서 측정한 열 전도율을 의미한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
발포수지 접합체를 구성하는 수지 발포체 중 적어도 하나 이상은 폴리에스테르 수지의 발포체인 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
발포수지 접합체를 구성하는 수지 발포체 중 적어도 하나 이상은 90% 이상의 셀이 폐쇄 셀(DIN ISO4590)인 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
발포수지 접합체를 구성하는 수지 발포체 중 적어도 하나 이상은 압출 발포 성형체인 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 첨가제는 단열제, 난연제, VOC 저감제, 친수화제, 방수제, 항균제, 소취제 및 자외선 차단제 중 1 종 이상을 포함하는 발포수지 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 첨가제가 분산된 영역과 기능성 첨가제가 분산되지 않은 영역의 두께비는 1:100 내지 10:100인 발포수지 접합체.
