Abstract

상기 식에서, R1, R2 및 R3은 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼이고 각각 최대 18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화, 선형 또는 분지형, 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 라디칼 또는 임의로 치환된 방향족 또는 아르지방족 라디칼이며, 여기서 상기 라디칼은 임의로는 산소, 황 및 질소의 군으로부터의 헤테로원자를 최대 3개 함유할 수 있고, X는 적어도 2개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형 유기 라디칼이고, Y는 최대 18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형, 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 라디칼 또는 아르지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼이고, n은 1 내지 20의 정수임.

Claims (16)
- 하기 화학식 I의 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트.

상기 식에서,
R1, R2 및 R3은 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼이고 각각 최대 18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화, 선형 또는 분지형, 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 또는 임의로 치환된 방향족 또는 아르지방족 라디칼이며, 이는 임의로는 산소, 황 및 질소의 군으로부터의 헤테로원자를 최대 3개 함유할 수 있고,
X는 적어도 2개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형 유기 라디칼이고,
Y는 최대 18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형, 지방족 또는 시클로지방족, 아르지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼이고,
n은 1 내지 20의 정수임. - 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서
R1, R2 및 R3이 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼이고 각각 최대 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 포화, 선형 또는 분지형, 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 라디칼이며, 이는 임의로는 최대 3개의 산소 원자를 함유할 수 있고,
X가 2 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형 알킬렌 라디칼이고,
Y 및 n이 제1항에 기재된 정의를 가짐
을 특징으로 하는 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트. - 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서
R1, R2 및 R3이 각각 최대 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼 및/또는 최대 3개의 산소 원자를 함유하는 알콕시 라디칼이고, 단 라디칼 R1, R2 및 R3 중 하나 이상이 이러한 종류의 알콕시 라디칼이고,
X가 프로필렌 라디칼 (-CH2-CH2-CH2-)이고,
Y 및 n이 제1항에 기재된 정의를 가짐
을 특징으로 하는 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트. - 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서
R1, R2 및 R3이 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼이고 각각 메틸, 메톡시 또는 에톡시이고, 단 라디칼 R1, R2 및 R3 중 하나 이상이 메톡시 또는 에톡시 라디칼이고,
X가 프로필렌 라디칼 (-CH2-CH2-CH2-)이고,
Y 및 n이 제1항에 기재된 정의를 가짐
을 특징으로 하는 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서
Y가 5 내지 13개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형, 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 라디칼임
을 특징으로 하는 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서
Y가 1,5-디이소시아네이토펜탄, 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산, 1-이소시아네이토-3,3,5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸시클로헥산, 2,4'- 및/또는 4,4'-디이소시아네이토디시클로헥실메탄의 군으로부터 선택된 디이소시아네이트로부터 이소시아네이트 기를 제거함으로써 수득된 바와 같은 지방족 및/또는 시클로지방족 라디칼임
을 특징으로 하는 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트. - 제7항에 있어서, Y가 5 내지 13개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형, 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 라디칼인 화학식 II의 디이소시아네이트가 성분 A)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 1,5-디이소시아네이토펜탄, 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산, 1-이소시아네이토-3,3,5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸시클로헥산, 2,4'- 및/또는 4,4'-디이소시아네이토디시클로헥실메탄 또는 이러한 디이소시아네이트의 임의의 바람직한 혼합물이 성분 A)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 티오알로파네이트 기의 형성을 가속화하는 촉매의 존재 하에, 바람직하게는 아연 카르복실레이트 및/또는 지르코늄 카르복실레이트의 존재 하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴리우레탄 플라스틱의 제조에서의 출발 성분으로서의 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 실란 기를 함유하는 티오알로파네이트를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제15항에 따른 코팅 조성물로 코팅된 기재.
