도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 무소음 키보드 장치의 내부 구조를 정면에서 바라본 단면도이다.

Claims (7)
- 멤브레인 시트;
상기 멤브레인 시트의 상부에 구비되어 탄성이 있는 재질로 형성되고, 상승 또는 하강하여 상기 멤브레인 시트의 동작을 제어하는 누름부재;
상기 멤브레인 시트를 수용하기 위한 공간이 형성되고, 상기 누름부재가 삽입되는 가이드홀이 형성되어 상기 누름부재의 상승 또는 하강을 가이드 하는 케이스;
상기 누름부재의 상부에 구비되어 상기 누름부재를 하강시키는 키탑;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소음 키보드 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 누름부재의 재질은 LDPE 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소음 키보드 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 누름부재는,
하부면이 상기 멤브레인 시트와 맞닿아 상기 키탑에 의해 상기 멤브레인 시트를 압박하는 몸체부;
상기 몸체부의 외측면으로부터 돌출되어, 상기 가이드홀의 상부에 형성된 걸림턱에 의해 상기 몸체부가 상기 가이드홀로부터 이탈하지 않도록 방지하는 이탈 방지부;
상기 몸체부의 상부면에 형성되어 상기 키탑이 결합되는 결합부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소음 키보드 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 누름부재는,
상기 몸체부의 하부에 구비되어, 상기 몸체부로부터 양측부로 돌출되어 형성되며 상기 누름부재의 상승을 제안하는 걸림부;
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소음 키보드 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 걸림부는,
상기 몸체부의 외측면으로부터 돌출되는 적어도 하나의 연결부;
상기 연결부로부터 양측부로 연장되어 형성되는 받침부;
상기 받침부의 상부면에 돌출되도록 형성되어, 상기 몸체부가 상승하는 도중 상기 케이스와 접촉하여 상기 몸체부의 상승을 제안하는 제안부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소음 키보드 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제안부는 상부로 갈수록 상부면의 면적이 좁아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소음 키보드 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인 시트는 상기 누름부재에 의해 압박되고, 실리콘 재질을 포함하여 형성되어 탄성력에 의해 상기 누름부재를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소음 키보드 장치.
