Claims (5)
- 도전성 기체(基體) 상에, 중간층을 사이에 두고 감광층을 구비하여 이루어지는 전자 사진 감광체로서,
상기 중간층이, 노광 광원 파장±50㎚의 범위에 최대 흡수 파장을 갖는 시아닌 색소(cyanine dye)와, 금속 산화물 미립자와, 바인더 수지로서의 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 시아닌 색소의 최대 흡수 파장이, 780±50㎚의 범위 내인 전자 사진 감광체. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 중간층의 표면에 있어서의 파장 780㎚의 광의 반사율이, 30% 이하인 전자 사진 감광체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 감광층이, 전하 발생층과 전하 수송층으로 이루어지는 적층형 감광층인 전자 사진 감광체. - 전자 사진 감광체, 대전(帶電) 수단, 노광 수단, 현상 수단 및 전사(轉寫) 수단을 구비하는 화상 형성 장치로서,
상기 노광 수단이 가간섭 광(可干涉光)을 방사하는 광원을 가지고, 상기 전자 사진 감광체가 도전성 기체상에 중간층을 사이에 두고 감광층을 구비하며, 또한, 상기 중간층이, 노광 광원 파장±50㎚의 범위에 최대 흡수 파장을 갖는 시아닌 색소와, 금속 산화물 미립자와, 바인더 수지로서의 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
