Claims (4)
- 전도성 기판;상기 전도성기판(도11)에 도포되어 화상결함 줄이기 위한 결착제 수지와 백색 무기안료의 중량기준의 비율이 2/1∼1/1의 범위에 있는 하부피복층(도12);상기 하부피복층(도12) 상부에 전하의 발생을 위해 도포되어지는 전하발생층(도13);상기 전하발생층(도13) 상부에 전하의 이동을 위해 도포되어지는 전하이동층(도14)을 포함하는 전자사진용 감광체
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하부피복층(도12)의 무기 안료는 입자 평균 직경이 0.32㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하부피복층(도12)의 두께는 첨가된 무기안료의 평균 입자 직경의 2∼30배로 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 감광체
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전하발생층(도13)의 두께는 0.1∼2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체
