Claims (13)
- 코일 나선의 중심부에 계단형 단차를 갖는 캐비티(cavity)가 구비된 절연층 및 상기 캐비티에 충진된 자성 복합체층을 포함하는 코어부재; 및
상기 절연층에 구비된 코일도체;를 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은
네거티브 포토레지스트(Negative Photoresist) 물질로 형성되는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은
노광에 의해 경화되는 물질로 형성되는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐비티는
하부에서 상부로 갈수록 폭이 넓어지는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐비티는
복수의 측벽부 및 서로 인접한 상기 측벽부를 사이에 두고 배치된 단차부로 구성되고,
상기 측벽부는 90° 이하의 경사도를 갖는 코일 부품.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 복수층으로 형성되고,
상기 캐비티의 측벽부는 상기 절연층의 각 층에 형성되는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일도체는
전자기적 결합을 이루는 1차 코일과 2차 코일로 구성되는 코일 부품.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 1차 코일과 상기 2차 코일은
서로 상이한 평면 상에 형성되는 코일 부품.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 1차 코일과 상기 2차 코일은
동일 평면 상에 형성되는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일도체는 도금패턴으로 형성되는 코일 부품.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 코일 부품은
상기 절연층 내에 상기 1차 코일들을 연결하는 제1 비아와 상기 2차 코일들을 연결하는 제2 비아를 더 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일 부품은
상기 코어부재의 양면 상에 형성된 커버부재를 더 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일 부품은
상기 코어부재의 측면 상에 형성되되, 상기 코일도체와 전기적으로 연결되는 4개의 외부단자를 더 포함하는 코일 부품.
