Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은, 실린더와 이어진 배기매니폴드의 런너들 중에서 적어도 두 개 이상의 런너가 합쳐지는 제1합류부와 나머지 런너가 합쳐지는 제2합류부가 각각 형성된 배기포트; 배기포트에서 배출되는 배기가스가 유입구를 통해 유입되며, 상기 유입구에 배기포트를 향하여 격벽이 돌출 형성되어 상기 격벽이 제1합류부와 제2합류부 사이를 구분하는 형상으로 배치된 커넥터부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 실린더와 이어진 배기매니폴드의 런너들 중에서 적어도 두 개 이상의 런너가 합쳐지는 제1합류부와 나머지 런너가 합쳐지는 제2합류부가 각각 형성된 배기포트;
배기포트에서 배출되는 배기가스가 유입구를 통해 유입되며, 상기 유입구에 배기포트를 향하여 격벽이 형성되어 제1합류부와 제2합류부 사이를 구분하는 커넥터부재;를 포함하는 차량용 배기가스 배출장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1합류부와 제2합류부 사이에 형성된 최종 경계면과, 이와 마주하는 격벽의 단부 사이에 간극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기가스 배출장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 최종 경계면의 중간에 상기 격벽의 두께보다 더 긴 길이의 폭을 갖는 홈이 형성되어 간극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기가스 배출장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 홈의 바닥면과 이어지는 양 측면은, 바닥면으로부터 바깥으로 벌어지면서 확개된 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기가스 배출장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1합류부와 인접한 하측부와, 제2합류부와 인접한 상측부에 워터자켓이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기가스 배출장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배기매니폴드는 실린더헤드와 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기가스 배출장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 커넥터부재는 터보차저와 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기가스 배출장치.
