Claims (15)
- 어레이 기판, 컬러필터 기판 및 상기 어레이 기판과 컬러필터 기판 사이에 위치하는 액정층을 포함하되,
상기 어레이 기판은 제 1 기판, 상기 제 1 기판에 배치되는 데이터라인 및 스캔라인, 화소유닛을 포함하고, 상기 화소유닛은 박막 트랜지스터 및 화소전극을 포함하며, 상기 박막 트랜지스터는 각각 데이터라인, 스캔라인 및 화소전극과 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 컬러필터 기판은 제 2 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판에 배치되는 공통전극을 포함하며, 상기 공통전극과 화소전극은 제 1 중첩 부분을 구비하여 상기 화소유닛의 제 1 저장 커패시터를 형성하는 화소 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 박막 트랜지스터는 게이트 단자, 소스 단자 및 드레인 단자를 구비하고, 상기 게이트 단자는 스캔라인과 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 소스 단자는 데이터라인과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 드레인 단자는 화소전극과 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 드레인 단자와 화소전극은 비아홀을 통해 연결되는 화소 구조.

상기 컬러필터 기판은 제 2 기판에 형성되는 제 1 블랙 매트릭스와 색소층, 제 1 블랙 매트릭스와 색소층에 형성되는 제 2 투명 도전층, 제 2 투명 도전층에 형성되는 스페이서, 및 스페이서와 제 2 투명 도전층에 형성되는 제 2 배향막을 더 포함하는 화소 구조.
- 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 색소층은 제 2 기판에 형성되는 제 2 블랙 매트릭스, 제 2 블랙 매트릭스에 형성되는 제 1 적색 색소층, 제 1 적색 색소층과 제 2 블랙 매트릭스에 형성되는 제 1 녹색 색소층, 및 제 1 녹색 색소층에 형성되는 제 1 청색 색소층을 포함하는 화소 구조.
- 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 색소층은 제 2 기판에 형성되는 제 2 적색 색소층, 제 2 적색 색소층과 제 2 기판에 형성되는 제 2 청색 색소층, 및 제 2 청색 색소층에 형성되는 제 2 녹색 색소층을 포함하는 화소 구조.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판은 유리기판 또는 플라스틱기판이고, 상기 제 2 기판은 유리기판 또는 플라스틱기판인 화소 구조.
