Claims (18)
- 절연 몸체(2) 및 하나 이상의 전기 접촉 요소(3)로 이루어진 전기 커넥터(1)로서,
절연 몸체(2)는 하나 이상의 공동(20)을 구비하고, 상기 공동은 연결 영역(21)으로서 형성된 제1 부분 및 접촉 영역(22)으로서 형성된 제2 부분을 절연 몸체(2) 내에 형성하며,
접촉 요소(3)는 제1 접촉 측(31) 및 제2 접촉 측(32)을 구비하며,
접촉 요소(3)의 제1 접촉 측(31)은 인쇄 회로 기판(4)의 접촉에 적합하고, 제2 접촉 측(32)은 전기 도체(5)의 절연 피어싱 방식의 접촉에 적합하며,
접촉 요소(3)는, 제1 접촉 측(31)이 연결 영역(21) 내에 배치되고 제2 접촉 측(32)이 접촉 영역(22) 내에 배치되도록, 절연 몸체(2)의 공동(20) 내에 배치되어 있으며,
접촉 요소(3)의 제1 접촉 측(31)은 포크 모양으로 형성되어 2개의 접촉 암(33, 33')을 형성하며,
접촉 암(33, 33')은 서로 마주 놓인 2개의 접촉점(34, 34')을 형성하며,
접촉 요소(3)의 접촉 측(32)의 접촉 암(33, 33')은 거울면 대칭으로 형성된, 전기 커넥터(1)에 있어서,
접촉 요소(3)의 제2 접촉 측(32)은 제1 접촉 측(31)의 대칭 측에 측면으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 요소(3)의 제2 접촉 측(32)은 피어싱 접촉부 또는 절연 변위 단자 접촉부로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접촉 요소(3)는 펀칭-벤딩 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제3항에 있어서, 접촉 요소(3)의 제1 접촉 측(31) 및 제2 접촉 측(32)은 서로에 대해 회전된 상태로 또는 구부러진 상태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 접촉 요소(3)의 제1 접촉 측(31) 및 제2 접촉 측(32)은 서로에 대해 90°만큼 회전된 상태로 또는 구부러진 상태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 요소(3)는 하나 이상의 래칭 수단(35)을 구비하고, 래칭 수단은 절연 몸체(2) 내에 있는 래칭 리세스(23) 내부에 래칭하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절연 몸체(2)는 하나 이상의 케이블 수용 채널(25)을 구비하며,
상기 케이블 수용 채널(25)은 접촉 영역(22) 내에서 하나 이상의 공동(20)과 직각으로 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1). - 제7항에 있어서, 절연 몸체(2)는 서로 나란히 배치된 복수의 공동(20, 20'), 및 서로 나란히 배치된 동일한 개수의 케이블 수용 채널(25, 25')을 구비하며,
각각의 케이블 수용 채널(25, 25')은 공동(20, 20') 중 정확하게 하나의 공동과 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1). - 제8항에 있어서, 공동(20, 20')의 접촉 영역(22, 22')은 각각 하나의 케이블 수용 채널(25, 25')과 교차하는 상이한 평면에 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절연 몸체(2)는 슬롯(24)을 구비하며,
상기 슬롯(24)은 하나 이상의 공동(20, 20')의 연결 영역(21, 21')을 수직으로 가로지르는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1). - 제10항에 있어서, 슬롯(24)은 세 측면에서 개방된 형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제2항과 관련된 제10항에 있어서, 접촉 암(33, 33')의 접촉점(34, 34')은 적어도 국부적으로 슬롯(24) 내부로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬롯(24)의 측벽에는 하나 이상의 래칭 돌출부(26, 26')가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제13항에 있어서, 래칭 돌출부(26, 26')는 쐐기 모양으로 또는 돔 형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
절연 몸체(2)는 2개 부분으로 구현되어 있으며,
제1 부분은 바닥 몸체(2a)를 형성하고, 바닥 몸체 내에는 공동(20, 20')의 연결 영역(21, 21'), 슬롯(24) 및 래칭 리세스(23, 23')가 제공되어 있으며,
제2 부분은 케이블 매니저(2b)를 형성하고, 케이블 매니저 내에는 공동(20, 20')의 접촉 영역(22, 22') 및 케이블 수용 채널(25, 25')이 배치되어 있으며,
바닥 몸체(2a)와 케이블 매니저(2b)는 래칭 암(27)에 의해 서로 래칭될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1). - 제15항에 있어서,
바닥 몸체(2a)와 케이블 매니저(2b) 간의 래칭부는 2개의 단을 형성하며,
제1 래칭 단 내에서는, 공동(20, 20') 내에 래칭된 접촉 요소(3, 3')의 제2 접촉 측(32, 32')이 케이블 수용 채널(25, 25') 외부에 있으며,
제2 래칭 단 내에서는, 제2 접촉 측(32, 32')이 케이블 수용 채널(25, 25')을 가로지르는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1). - 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공동(20, 20')의 연결 영역(21, 21')은 접촉 영역(22, 22')으로부터 다른 쪽을 향하는 개구(28, 28')를 구비하고, 상기 개구를 통해 접촉 요소(3, 3')가 공동(20, 20') 내부로 삽입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 커넥터(1).
