Claims (11)
- 유체가 내부를 유동하는 센서 튜브와, 상기 센서 튜브의 외주에 설치된 발열 저항선으로 이루어지는 상류측 히터 엘리먼트 및 하류측 히터 엘리먼트와, 상기 발열 저항선의 단부가 스폿 용접에 의해 전기적으로 접속된 복수의 용접 단자를 갖는 열식 질량 유량계이며,
상기 용접 단자는, 상기 발열 저항선의 융점과의 온도차가 100℃를 초과하지 않는 융점을 갖는 금속 또는 합금으로 이루어지고,
상기 용접 단자의 표면에 1층 또는 2층 이상의 피복층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부는, 상기 용접 단자의 일부분에 접속되어 있고,
상기 피복층은, 적어도, 상기 일부분의 이면측에 위치하는 부분에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발열 저항선 및 상기 용접 단자의 재료가, 동일한 성분으로 이루어지는 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발열 저항선이 5㎛ 이상, 100㎛ 이하의 선 직경을 갖는 Fe-Ni 합금선으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용접 단자가 Fe-Ni 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복층 중 가장 외측에 위치하는 피복층이 Cu 또는 Au로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피복층이 Ni로 구성된 하지 피복층과 Au로 구성된 표면 피복층의 2층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 기재된 열식 질량 유량계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 질량 유량 제어 장치.
- 유체가 내부를 유동하는 센서 튜브와, 5㎛ 이상, 100㎛ 이하의 선 직경을 갖는 발열 저항선과, 상기 발열 저항선의 융점과의 온도차가 100℃를 초과하지 않는 융점을 갖는 금속 또는 합금으로 이루어지는 판상의 용접 단자를 갖는 열식 질량 유량계를 제조하는 방법이며,
상기 용접 단자의 표면에는 피복층을 형성하고 있고,
상기 발열 저항선을 상기 센서 튜브의 외주의 2개소에 감아, 상류측 히터 엘리먼트 및 하류측 히터 엘리먼트를 각각 형성하고,
상기 용접 단자를 스폿 용접기에 세트하고,
상기 상류측 히터 엘리먼트 또는 상기 하류측 히터 엘리먼트를 구성하는 발열 저항선의 단부를 상기 용접 단자의 표면에 세트하고,
상기 스폿 용접기가 구비하는 2개의 전극의 사이에 상기 용접 단자 및 상기 발열 저항선의 단부를 끼워 넣고,
상기 2개의 전극의 사이에 가압력을 가하면서 전극간에 통전을 행함으로써, 스폿 용접을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 텅스텐으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 발열 저항선이 Fe-Ni 합금선으로 이루어지고,
상기 용접 단자가 Fe-Ni 합금으로 이루어지고,
상기 피복층이 Ni로 구성된 하지 피복층과 Au로 구성된 표면 피복층의 2층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열식 질량 유량계의 제조 방법.
