Claims (17)
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머는 (a) 이소시아네이트와 (b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성이며 0.5 kg/mol 내지 10 kg/mol 범위의 수 평균 분자량을 갖는 화합물과의 반응 생성물인 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머는 디페닐메탄 4,4'-디이소시아네이트, 및/또는 디페닐메탄 2,2'-디이소시아네이트, 및/또는 디페닐메탄 2,4'-디이소시아네이트(MDI)와, 아디프산, 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올 및/또는 트리메틸올프로판에 기초한 폴리에스테르 폴리올과의 반응 생성물이며, 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올 대 상기 디이소시아네이트의 몰비는 1:1 내지 1:3, 바람직하게는 1:1.5 내지 1:2.5, 더 바람직하게는 1:2인 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머는 디페닐메탄 4,4'-디이소시아네이트와, 아디프산, 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올 및 트리메틸올프로판에 기초한 폴리에스테르 폴리올 간의 반응 생성물이며, 여기서 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올 및 트리메틸올프로판의 비는, 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 평균 작용가 > 2, 바람직하게는 2.1 내지 3, 더 바람직하게는 2.1 내지 2.7, 가장 바람직하게는 2.2 내지 2.5를 갖도록 하는 것인 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, PMDI는 평균 작용가가 2 내지 6, 바람직하게는 2 내지 4, 더 바람직하게는 2.5 내지 3인 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, PMDI는 루프라네이트(Lupranate)® M20S, M20R 및 이의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것인 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머는 평균 이소시아네이트 작용가가 2.1 내지 2.7, 가장 바람직하게는 2.2 내지 2.5인 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물의 제조 방법으로서, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머, PMDI, 및 경우에 따라, 가소제를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, PMDI 및/또는 가소제는 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머의 출발 물질과 혼합되거나, 또는 가소제가 상기 프리폴리머 조성물에 존재한다면, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머가 우선 가소제와 혼합된 다음, PMDI와 혼합되는 것인 방법.
- 본질적으로 하기 성분들의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 가교된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물:
열가소성 폴리우레탄;
제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물; 및 경우에 따라,
추가 물질. - 제10항에 있어서, 섬유 형태인 가교된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 가교된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물의 제조 방법으로서, 하기 성분들을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법:
열가소성 폴리우레탄;
제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물; 및 경우에 따라,
추가 물질. - 제12항에 있어서, PMDI 및/또는 가소제는 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 및/또는 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머와 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 혼합물에 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, PMDI 및/또는 가소제는 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머의 출발 물질과 혼합되거나, 또는 가소제가 상기 조성물에 존재한다면, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머가 우선 가소제와 혼합된 다음, PMDI와 혼합되는 것인 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 가교된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물의 제조 방법으로서, 하기 단계들을 포함하는 제조 방법:
(1) 압출기 내에서 180℃ 내지 220℃의 온도에서 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 용융시키는 단계;
(2) 용융된 열가소성 폴리우레탄에 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물을 첨가하고 생성된 혼합물을 혼합하여 용융물을 형성하는 단계; 및
(3) 190℃ 내지 230℃에서 가열된 방사구(spinneret)를 통해 용융물을 압출시켜 용융 방사된(melt-spun) 탄성 섬유를 수득하는 단계. - 제15항에 있어서, 하기의 후속 단계들을 더 포함하는 방법:
(4) 섬유 상에 피니시 오일(finish oil)을 분무하는 단계로서, 바람직하게는 피니시 오일은 미네랄 오일 및/또는 실리콘 오일일 수 있는 것인 단계;
(5) 롤러를 통해 100 내지 1000 m/분의 선속도로 섬유를 감는 단계; 및
(6) 섬유를 80℃에서 15 시간 이상 동안 저장하는 단계. - 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 조성물 또는 가교된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는데 있어 PMDI 및/또는 가소제의 용도.
