Abstract
상기 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름은 길이방향을 주 수축방향으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름에 있어서 편광 ATR-FTIR법으로 측정한 상기 필름의 1,340 ㎝-1에서의 흡광도 A1과 1,410 ㎝-1에서의 흡광도 A2의 비 A1/A2(흡광도비)가 필름 주 수축방향인 길이방향에서 0.55 이상 1 이하, 주 수축방향에 직교하는 방향인 폭방향에서 0.5 이상 0.9 이하이고, 90℃의 온수에 필름을 10초간 침지했을 때의 온탕 수축률이 필름 길이방향에서 35% 이상 60 이하, 폭방향에서 -3% 이상 12% 이하인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)
- 길이방향을 주 수축방향으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름에 있어서 편광 ATR-FTIR법으로 측정한 상기 필름의 1,340 ㎝-1에서의 흡광도 A1과 1,410 ㎝-1에서의 흡광도 A2의 비 A1/A2(흡광도비)가 필름 주 수축방향인 길이방향에서 0.55 이상 1 이하, 주 수축방향에 직교하는 방향인 폭방향에서 0.5 이상 0.9 이하이고, 90℃의 온수에 필름을 10초간 침지했을 때의 온탕 수축률이 필름 길이방향에서 35% 이상 60% 이하, 폭방향에서 -3% 이상 12% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
90℃의 열풍으로 측정한 필름 주 수축방향의 최대 수축 응력이 3 ㎫ 이상 7 ㎫ 미만이고, 또한 측정 개시로부터 30초 후의 수축 응력이 최대 수축 응력의 70% 이상 100% 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
90℃, 80℃, 70℃의 각 온도의 온수에 필름을 10초간 침지하여 길이방향의 온탕 수축률을 측정했을 때, 90℃에서의 온탕 수축률과 80℃에서의 온탕 수축률의 차(△90-80)와 80℃에서의 온탕 수축률과 70℃에서의 온탕 수축률의 차(△80-70)의 차의 절대값|△90-80-△80-70|이 5% 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
필름 폭방향의 인장 파괴 강도가 90 ㎫ 이상 220 ㎫ 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
80℃의 온수 중에서 길이방향으로 10% 수축시킨 후의 폭방향의 단위 두께당 직각 인열 강도가 150 N/㎜ 이상 300 N/㎜ 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전체 폴리에스테르 수지 성분 중에 있어서의 비정질 성분이 될 수 있는 모노머의 주성분이 네오펜틸글리콜, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올, 이소프탈산 중 어느 하나인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름으로부터 얻어진 미싱눈 또는 노치를 갖는 라벨을, 포장 대상물의 적어도 외주의 일부에 피복하여 열수축시켜서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장체.
