Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 단열보드의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조되는 단열보드의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 단열보드의 제조 방법을 설명하기 위하여 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 단열보드의 제조 방법에서 회전에 의하여 금형을 가진하는 것을 설명하기 위하여 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 단열보드의 제조 방법에서 금형의 가진에 의한 보강재들의 유동을 설명하기 위하여 부분적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 단열보드의 제조 방법에서 금형에 단진동을 가하는 것을 설명하기 위하여 나타낸 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 단열보드의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 단열보드의 굽힘 강도를 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (8)
- 금형의 캐버티 안에 단열폼의 발포성형을 위한 발포체와, 상기 단열폼의 보강을 위한 복수의 보강재를 투입하는 단계와;
상기 금형을 가진시키면서 상기 발포체를 발포성형하는 단계를 포함하는 단열보드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포체와 상기 보강재를 투입하는 단계에서 상기 발포체와 상기 복수의 보강재는 발포체 혼합물로 미리 혼합하여 상기 캐버티 안에 주입하는 단열보드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금형의 가진은 상기 금형의 회전에 의하여 이루어지는 단열보드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금형의 가진은 상기 금형에 단진동을 가하는 것에 의하여 이루어지는 단열보드의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발포체는 폴리우레탄수지액으로 이루어지고, 상기 복수의 보강재는 상기 금형의 가속에 의하여 상기 캐버티의 내면쪽으로 이동할 수 있도록 고강도 단섬유로 이루어지는 단열보드의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 발포체와 상기 보강재를 투입하는 단계 전에
상기 캐버티의 바닥에 패널을 배치하는 단계와;
상기 캐버티의 내면에 이형성을 갖는 면재를 부착하는 단계와; 상기 캐버티의 개방단부에 방벽을 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 단열폼을 발포성형한 후, 상기 패널, 상기 면재, 상기 방벽과 상기 단열폼이 동시경화되도록 상기 단열폼을 후경화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 단열보드의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단열폼의 후경화는 상기 금형의 가열에 의하여 실시하는 단열보드의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발포체와 상기 복수의 보강재를 투입하는 단계 전에 상기 금형을 예열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 단열보드의 제조 방법.
