도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스텐트 제조방법의 순서도.

Claims (7)
- (a) 와이어를 맨드릴에 감아서 스텐트 몸체를 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 맨드릴에 감긴 스텐트 몸체를 제1 열처리 온도로 열처리하는 단계;
(c) 상기 맨드릴로부터 상기 스텐트 몸체를 분리하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 스텐트 몸체를 제2 열처리 온도로 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 스텐트 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 열처리 온도는 상기 와이어의 형상 기억 열처리 온도이며, 상기 제2 열처리 온도는 상기 제1 열처리 온도보다 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 (e) 단계의 열처리 시간이 상기 (b) 단계의 열처리 시간보다 더 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 열처리 온도는 300℃ ~ 480℃이고, 상기 제2 열처리 온도는 490℃ ~ 540℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계는 상기 스텐트 몸체를 300℃ ~ 480℃ 온도범위에서 20분 ~ 4시간 동안 열처리하고, 상기 (e) 단계는 상기 스텐트 몸체를 490℃ ~ 540℃ 온도범위에서 1분 ~ 20분 동안 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계는, (b-1) 상기 스텐트 몸체를 제1 열처리 온도에서 열처리하는 단계와, (b-2) 상기 스텐트 몸체를 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는, (c-1) 상기 스텐트 몸체를 냉각하는 단계와, (c-2) 상기 맨드릴로부터 상기 스텐트 몸체를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법.
