Claims (2)
- 암나사산 부재와 수나사산 부재를 포함하고, 상기 암나사산 부재의 내부 홀에는 원기둥 암나사산이 설치되어 있고, 상기 수나사산 부재의 나사축에는 원기둥 수나사산이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 암나사산과 수나사산의 표면에는 풀림 방지 재료가 피복되어 있지 않고, 상기 수나사산 또는 암나사산 루트에는 수나사산 또는 암나사산의 종방향 중축선(longitudinal center axis)과 협각 α 또는 협각 β를 이루는 설형 경사면(wedge-shaped inclined surface)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 암나사산과 수나사산을 서로 꽉 조인 후, 상기 암나사산 또는 수나사산의 표면과 설형 경사면 사이는 서로 긴밀하게 접촉하는 구조인 풀림 방지 나사산 부재에 있어서,
tanα 또는 tanβ는 상기 설형 경사면과 상기 암나사산 또는 수나사산의 접촉면 사이의 동마찰 계수(dynamic friction factor)보다 작은
것을 특징으로 하는 풀림 방지 나사산 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 tanα 또는 tanβ는 0보다 크고 0.15보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림 방지 나사산 부재.
