Claims (59)
- 하나 이상의 촉매 피독 오염물을 포함하는 복분해 기질 물질을 제공하고;
하나 이상의 촉매 피독 오염물 중 하나 이상의 농도를 감소시키도록 복분해 기질 물질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 복분해 기질 물질을 화학적으로 처리하는 방법으로서,
처리하는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 금속 알킬 화합물과 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 복분해 기질 물질을 화학적으로 처리하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 복분해 기질 물질이 천연 오일을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 천연 오일이 식물성 오일, 조류유(algae oil), 어유, 동물성 지방, 톨유, 상기 오일들의 임의의 유도체, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 식물성 오일이 카놀라유, 유채씨유, 코코넛유, 옥수수유, 면실유, 올리브유, 팜유, 땅콩유, 홍화유, 참깨유, 대두유, 해바라기유, 아마인유, 팜핵유, 동유, 자트로파유(jatropha oil), 겨자유, 말냉이유, 카멜리나유(camelina oil), 피마자유, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 복분해 기질이 지방산 모노아실글리세리드, 지방산 디아실글리세리드, 지방산 트리아실글리세리드, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 복분해 기질이 지방산 메틸 에스테르를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 피독 오염물이 올레핀 복분해 촉매의 효능을 저하시키는 화합물이고, 올레핀 복분해 촉매가 루테늄 카벤 복합체인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 피독 오염물이 올레핀 복분해 촉매의 효능을 저하시키는 화합물이고, 올레핀 복분해 촉매가 몰리브덴 (VI) 알킬리덴 복합체 또는 텅스텐 (VI) 알킬리덴 복합체인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 피독 오염물이 물, 과산화물, 과산화물 분해 생성물, 하이드로과산화물, 양성자성 물질, 극성 물질, 루이스 염기 촉매 독, 또는 이들의 조합물인 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 촉매 피독 오염물이 과산화물인 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 촉매 피독 오염물이 옥시게네이트인 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 촉매 피독 오염물이 알콜, 알데하이드, 에테르, 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.

- 제 1항 내지 제 25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물이고, 처리하는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 분자체, 알루미나, 실리카 겔, 몬모릴로나이트 점토, 산성백토(fuller's earth), 표백토, 규조토, 제올라이트, 카올린, 활성화된 금속, 산 무수물, 활성화 탄소, 소다회, 금속 수소화물, 금속 황산염, 금속 할라이드, 금속 탄산염, 금속 규산염, 오산화인, 금속 알루미늄 할라이드, 알킬 알루미늄 하이드라이드, 금속 보로하이드라이드, 유기금속 시약, 및 탄소 상 팔라듐 촉매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물질들 중 하나 이상과 접촉시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복분해 기질 물질을 하이드라이드-함유 화합물과 접촉시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물인 방법.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물이 트리에틸 알루미늄, 트리옥틸 알루미늄, 또는 이들의 조합물인 방법.
- 제 27항 내지 제 29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드라이드-함유 화합물이 알킬 알루미늄 하이드라이드인 방법.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 알킬 알루미늄 하이드라이드가 디이소부틸 알루미늄 하이드라이드인 방법.
- 제 27항 내지 제 31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복분해 기질 물질과 하이드라이드-함유 화합물을 접촉시키는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 금속 알킬 화합물과 접촉시키는 것과 동일한 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 32항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 화합물 및 하이드라이드-함유 화합물이 일반적인 처리 조성물에 배치되는 방법.
- 제 33항에 있어서, 일반적인 처리 조성물 중의 금속 알킬 화합물 대 하이드라이드-함유 화합물의 중량-대-중량 비가 2:1, 또는 5:1, 또는 10:1, 또는 15:1, 또는 20:1 내지 1000:1인 방법.

- 제 40항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄이고, 처리하는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 활성화된 구리와 접촉시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄이고, 처리하는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 활성화된 마그네슘과 접촉시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 알킬 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄이고, 처리하는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 알루미나와 접촉시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.

복분해 공급원료 중의 하나 이상의 촉매 피독 오염물 중 하나 이상의 농도를 감소시키도록 복분해 기질 물질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 복분해 기질 물질을 화학적으로 처리하는 방법으로서,
처리하는 것이 복분해 공급원료를 활성화된 구리와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 복분해 기질 물질을 화학적으로 처리하는 방법. - 제 47항에 있어서, 처리하는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 가열하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 47항에 있어서, 처리하는 것이 복분해 기질 물질을 분자체와 접촉시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 하나 이상의 촉매 피독 오염물을 포함하는 복분해 기질 물질을 제공하고;
