Claims (15)
- 화학식 I의 축합 반응을 수행할 수 있는 적어도 두 개의 관능기를 가지는 첨가제로서,
화학식 I
R1은 서로 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C12 알킬이며,
R2 = H 또는 C1-C12 알킬 이고,
X 및 Y는 서로 독립적으로, 1~12개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 선형 또는 분지형의, 지방족 탄소 프레임워크(aliphatic carbon framework), 불포화된 탄소 프레임워크(unsaturated carbon framework) 또는 방향족 탄소 프레임워크(aromatic carbon framework)이며,
상기 X 및 Y는 각각 카르복시 관능기, 아민 관능기 또는 알코올 관능기 또는 이들의 결합물로부터 선택된, 축합 반응을 수행할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 관능기를 가지는, 첨가제. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 X 및 Y는 각각 서로 독립적으로, C1-C12 알킬카르복시(alkylcarboxy), 알케닐카르복시(alkenylcarboxy), 알키닐카르복시(alkinylcarboxy), 알킬(아릴카르복시)(alkyl(arylcarboxy)), 아릴(알킬카르복시)(aryl(alkylcarboxy)), 알킬(사이클로알킬카르복시)(alkyl(cycloalkylcarboxy)), 사이클로알킬(알킬카르복시)(cycloalkyl(alkylcarboxy)), 알킬아민(alkylamine), 알케닐아민(alkenylamine), 알키닐아민(alkinylamine), 알킬(아릴아민)(alkyl(arylamine)), 아릴(알킬아민)(aryl(alkylamine)), 알킬(사이클로알킬아민)(alkyl(cycloalkylamine)), 사이클로알킬(알킬아민)(cycloalkyl(alkylamine)), 알킬 알코올(alkyl alcohol), 알케닐 알코올(alkenyl alcohol), 알키닐 알코올(alkinyl alcohol), 알킬(아릴 알코올)(alkyl(aryl alcohol)), 아릴(알킬 알코올)(aryl(alkyl alcohol)), 알킬(사이클로알킬 알코올)(alkyl(cycloalkyl alcohol)) 및 사이클로알킬(알킬 알코올)(cycloalkyl(alkyl alcohol))로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 첨가제. - 제 3항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 라디칼 R3는 카복시 관능기, 아민 관능기 또는 알코올 관능기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 첨가제. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 라디칼 R3 = CH2COOH인 것을 특징으로 하는, 첨가제. - 카프로락탐 및 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제를 포함하는, 첨가제 용액.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제 용액은 이관능성 카르복실산(bifunctional carboxylic acids), 특히 테레프탈산(terephthalic acid) 또는 아디프산(adipic acid) 및 이들의 혼합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 첨가제 용액. - 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제를 포함하는 폴리아미드 성형 화합물로서,
상기 첨가제는 카르복시 관능기, 아민 관능기 또는 알코올 관능기의 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 두 개의 관능기를 통해, 폴리머 사슬에 공유결합되는, 폴리아미드 성형 화합물. - 제 9항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리아미드 성형 화합물은 1.3~2.5, 특히 1.5~2.0의 다분산도(polydispersity)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 성형 화합물. - 중축합물을 제조하는, 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제의 용도.
- 제 14항에 있어서,
특히 텍스타일 사용을 위한 폴리아미드 성형 화합물을 제조하는, 첨가제의 용도.
