Claims (8)
- 제1 측면(1)에 의해 형성되는 제1 전극(2)과, 상기 제1 측면(1)에 대향되는 제2 측면(3)에 의해 형성되는 제2 전극(4)을 구비하는 타이어 압력 센서용 버튼셀로서,
상기 제1 측면(1)의 평면 내부에 실질적으로 평평한 연장부를 포함하여 상기 제1 측면(1)에 설치되거나, 상기 제1 측면(1)에 의해 형성되는 제1 접촉 탭(6);
상기 제2 측면(3)에 설치되고, 상기 제2 측면(3)의 평면으로부터 일정 각도로 실질적으로 상기 제1 측면(1)의 평면까지 연장되는 제2 접촉 탭(7); 및
적어도 상기 제1 및 제2 접촉 탭(6, 7)의 영역 내에 또는 상기 버튼셀의 외주연부 상에서, 상기 버튼셀에 설치되는 절연층(8)을 포함하고,
상기 절연층(8)은, 상기 절연층(8)을 완전히 가로지르고 상기 절연층(8)의 표면 상에 분산되는 복수의 개구(opening)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서용 버튼셀. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층(8)은 그물 형상으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서용 버튼셀. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 절연층(8)은, 그물 튜브, 특히 상기 버튼셀 상에 신장된 수축 그물 튜브로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서용 버튼셀. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및/또는 제2 접촉 탭(6, 7)은, 상기 절연층(8)을 관통하고 상기 절연층(8)에 의해 부분적으로 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서용 버튼셀. - 하우징(10);
상기 하우징(10) 상에 또는 내부 또는 외부에 마련되는 압력 변환기(11);
상기 하우징(10) 상에 또는 내부에 마련되는 전송 전자기기(12); 및
전원 공급기(13)를 포함하고,
상기 전원 공급기(13)는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 버튼셀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 압력 변환기(11), 상기 전송 전자기기(12) 및 상기 버튼셀은 상기 하우징(10)의 내부에 위치되고,
상기 하우징(10)은 적어도 부분적으로, 특히 그 전체 기재(base)에 대하여 주조 화합물(14)로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
전기적 접촉을 제공하기 위해 상기 접촉 탭(6, 7) 모두를 구비하고, 상기 버튼셀이 납땜되거나, 클램핑되거나, 다른 방법으로 고정되는 회로 기판(15)이 상기 하우징(10)에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서. - 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징(10)은 관절 연결 방식으로 타이어 밸브(16)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 압력 센서.
