Claims (18)
- - 반응기(1)의 내부 공간 내에, 좌우로 및/또는 상하로 적층된 단일체(4)들로 구성된 패킹을 각각 포함하는 하나 이상의 촉매 활성 대역(5)이 배열되고, 각각의 촉매 활성 대역(5)의 상류에, 고정된 내부물을 갖는 혼합 대역(6)이 제공되고,
- 반응기(1)의 하단부에는 탈수소화될 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)에 대한 하나 이상의 공급 라인(7)을 갖고,
- 각각의 혼합 대역(6)으로의 산소-포함 기체 스트림(3)에 대한 하나 이상의 독립적으로 조절가능한 공급 라인(9)으로서, 여기서 각각의 공급 라인(9)은 하나 이상의 분배기(10)를 제공하는 것인 공급 라인(9)을 갖고,
- 반응기(1)의 상단부에는 자열 기체-상 탈수소화의 반응 기체 혼합물에 대한 하나 이상의 배출 라인(11)을 가지며,
여기서 반응기(1)의 내벽에는 그의 전체 영역 상에 단열층(13,14,15)이 제공되고, 여기서 반응기 외부로부터의 복수의 촉매 활성 대역(5) 중 하나 또는 각각의 접근성이
- 각 경우에 하나 이상의 맨홀(12)을 통해 보장되거나, 또는
- 여기서,
- 각각의 촉매 활성 대역(5)의 상류에 제공되고 고정된 내부물을 갖는 혼합 대역(6),
- 하나 이상의 독립적으로 조절가능한 공급 라인(9), 및
- 각 경우에 하나의 공급 라인(9)에 의해 제공된 하나 이상의 분배기(10)
를 포함하는, 좌우로 및/또는 상하로 적층된 단일체들로 구성된 패킹을 각각 포함하는 복수의 촉매 활성 대역(5) 중 하나 또는 각각이, 각각 개별적으로 설치가능 및 제거가능한 하나의 모듈(24)로서 구성된 것인,
단일체(4)로서 구성된 불균질 촉매 상에서, 반응 기체 혼합물을 제공하는, 산소-포함 기체 스트림(3)에 의한 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)의 자열 기체-상 탈수소화를 수행하기 위한, 수직 종축을 갖는 원통 형태의 반응기(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 모듈(24)이 플랜지(25)에 의해 개별적으로 설치가능 및 제거가능한 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항에 있어서,
- 반응기(1)의 내부 공간 내에, 좌우로 및/또는 상하로 적층된 단일체(4)들로 구성된 패킹을 각각 포함하는 하나 이상의 촉매 활성 대역(5)이 배열되고, 각각의 촉매 활성 대역(5)의 상류에, 고정된 내부물을 갖는 혼합 대역(6)이 제공되고,
- 반응기(1)의 하단부에는 탈수소화될 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)에 대한 하나 이상의 공급 라인(7)을 갖고,
- 각각의 혼합 대역(6)으로의 산소-포함 기체 스트림(3)에 대한 하나 이상의 독립적으로 조절가능한 공급 라인(9)으로서, 여기서 각각의 공급 라인(9)은 하나 이상의 분배기(10)를 제공하는 것인 공급 라인(9)을 갖고,
- 반응기(1)의 상단부에는 자열 기체-상 탈수소화의 반응 기체 혼합물에 대한 하나 이상의 배출 라인(11)을 가지며,
여기서 복수의 촉매 활성 대역(5) 중 하나 또는 각각이 반응기(1)의 외부로부터 각 경우에 하나 이상의 맨홀(12)을 통해 접근가능하고,
반응기(1)의 내벽에는 그의 전체 영역 상에 단열층(13,14,15)이 제공된 것인,
단일체(4)로서 구성된 불균질 촉매 상에서, 반응 기체 혼합물을 제공하는, 산소-포함 기체 스트림(3)에 의한 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)의 자열 기체-상 탈수소화를 수행하기 위한, 수직 종축을 갖는 원통 형태의 반응기(1). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단열층(13,14,15)이, 촉매 활성 대역(5)의 영역 내에서는 반응기(1)의 내벽에 대하여 유지되는 제1 내압성 층(13) 및 반응기의 내부를 향하는 팽창성 매트에 의해 형성된 제2층(14)을 갖는 이중층이고, 다른 영역에서는 반응기의 내부를 향하는 측에 시트 금속 클래딩이 제공된 고온-안정성 섬유 매트(15)로 구성된 단일층의 형태인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 좌우로 및 상하로 적층된 단일체(4)들로 구성된 패킹이 지지체 격자(16) 상에서 유지되며, 여기서 지지체 격자(16)와 바로 인접한 영역에, 지지체 격자(16)로부터 보다 멀리 위치하는 다른 단일체(4)에 비해 더 큰 단면을 갖는 채널을 갖는 단일체(4)들의 하나 이상의 층이 제공된 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체 격자(16)와 바로 인접한 영역에, 70 내지 90%의 유동이 발생할 수 있는 갭 부피를 갖는 개방-세공 포옴 세라믹의 층이 제공된 것인 반응기(1).
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 지지체 격자(16)와 바로 인접한 영역에, 특히 10 내지 100 mm 정도, 바람직하게는 40 내지 60 mm 정도의 고-다공성 개방-세공 포옴 세라믹의 제1층이 제공되고, 지지체 격자(16)로부터 보다 멀리 위치하는 다른 단일체(4)에 비해 더 큰 단면을 갖는 채널을 갖는 단일체(4)들에 의해 형성된 제2층이 제1층 위에 위치하는 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최상단 촉매 활성 대역(5)의 위에 또는 반응기(1)의 외부에 열 교환기(17)가 배열되고, 여기서 탈수소화될 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)이 공급 라인(7)을 통해 열 교환기(17)로 도입되고, 열 교환기(17)에서의 간접적 열 교환에 의해 향류로 반응 기체 혼합물에 의해 가열되고, 반응기(1)의 하단부로 추가로 이송되고, 포트(18)를 통해 반응기(1)로 도입되고, 혼합 대역(6)에서 산소-포함 기체 스트림(3)과 혼합되고, 이에 따라 자열 기체-상 탈수소화가 반응기(1)에서 수행되는 것인 반응기(1).
- 제8항에 있어서, 열 교환기(17)가 플랜지(25)에 의해 설치가능 및 제거가능한 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈수소화될 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)이 2개 이상의 지점에서, 바람직하게는 비교적 높은 질량 유동을 갖는 주요 스트림 및 주요 스트림에 비해 보다 낮은 질량 유동을 갖는 하나 이상의 이차적 스트림으로서 열 교환기(17)로 도입되는 것인 반응기(1).
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)을 탈수소화시키기 위해, 열 교환기(17)에 추가로, 하나 이상의 보충 가열 설비가 제공된 것인 반응기(1).
- 제11항에 있어서, 탈수소화될 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2)이 열 교환기(12)로부터 배출된 후, 탈수소화될 탄화수소-포함 기체 스트림(2) 내에, 플러그-인 시스템으로서 또는 머플 버너로서, 바람직하게는 탈착가능하게 되도록 구성된 전기 가열 부재가 보충 가열 설비로서 제공된 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기(1) 내에, 좌우로 및 상하로 적층된 단일체(4)들로 구성된 패킹을 각각 갖는 2개 이상의 촉매 활성 대역(5)이 제공된 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동일한 촉매 활성 대역(5) 내의 단일체(4)들이 각 경우에 상이한 촉매 활성을 갖는 것인 반응기(1).
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 촉매 활성 대역(5)들이 각 경우에 상이한 촉매 활성을 갖는 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 좌우로 및 상하로 적층되어 패킹을 형성하는 단일체(4)들이 팽창성 매트로 또는 광물 섬유 부직물로 둘러싸이고, 클램핑 장치를 갖는 케이싱 내에 삽입된 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 혼합 대역(6)이, 각 경우에, 복수의 평행한 플러그-인 튜브(19)로서 구성된 튜브 분배기를 포함하며, 상기 플러그-인 튜브는 반응기(1)의 종방향에 대해 수직인 면 내에 배열되고, 하나 이상의 분배 챔버에 연결되고, 플러그-인 튜브(19)로부터의 산소-포함 기체 스트림(3)에 대한 복수의 균일 간격 출구 개구부 및 또한 복수의 균일 간격 혼합 부재를 갖는 것인 반응기(1).
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 반응기를 사용하여 자열 기체-상 탈수소화를 수행하는 방법이며, 여기서 자열 기체-상 탈수소화는 바람직하게는 프로판의, 부탄의, 이소부탄의, 부텐의 부타디엔으로의, 에틸벤젠의 스티렌으로의, 또는 에탄의 에틸렌으로의 탈수소화인 방법.
