Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 (I)의 화합물을 하기 도식에 따라 적어도 하나의 유기 용매에서 무수 불화수소산과 반응시키는 적어도 한 단계를 포함하는, 하기 화학식 (II)의 불화 화합물을 제조하는 방법:
상기 식에서, R1은, R1 = Cl일 때, R2 = F1인 특수한 경우를 제외하고, R2와 동일하고, R1이 R2와 동일할 때, R1 및 R2는 해밋(Hammett) 파라메터 σp가 0보다 큰 전자-끄는 기, 예컨대 F, CF3, CHF2, CH2F, C2HF4, C2H2F3, C2H3F2, C2F5, C3F7, C3H2F5, C3H4F3, C3HF6, C4F9, C4H2F7, C4H4F5, C5F11, C3F5OCF3, C2F4OCF3, C2H2F2OCF3, CF2OCF3, C6F13, C7F15, C8F17 또는 C9F19를 나타내고, M은 수소 원자, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속 또는 사차 암모늄 양이온을 나타낸다. - 제 1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 1 내지 70개, 유리하게는 5 내지 65개의 공여체 수를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 용매가 에스테르, 니트릴 또는 디니트릴, 에테르 또는 디에티르, 아민 또는 포스핀으로부터 선택될 수 있는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 단계가 0℃ 내지 용매 또는 용매 혼합물의 비등점, 바람직하게는 5℃ 내지 용매 또는 용매 혼합물의 비등점 사이의 온도 T에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 단계가 0 내지 16 절대 바(bar absolute) 사이의 압력 P에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 화합물이 무수 HF와 반응하는 단계에 앞서 용매 또는 용매 혼합물에 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 화합물 및 용매 또는 용매 혼합물 간의 중량 비가 0.001 내지 10, 바람직하게는 0.005 내지 5임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 화합물 및 사용된 HF 간의 몰 비가 0.01 내지 0.5, 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 0.5임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불화 단계 이후에 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리 토금속염 또는 사차 암모늄 양이온 염을 수득하기 위한 양이온 교환 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (II)의 화합물이 LiN(FSO2)2, LiNSO2CF3SO2F, LiNSO2C2F5SO2F, LiNSO2CF2OCF3SO2F, LiNSO2C3HF6SO2F, LiNSO2C4F9SO2F, LiNSO2C5F11SO2F, LiNSO2C6F13SO2F, LiNSO2C7F15SO2F, LiNSO2C8F17SO2F 또는 LiNSO2C9F19SO2F임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
