Claims (10)
- 안테나 소자와,
상기 안테나 소자의 하부에 배치되며, 상기 안테나 소자로 신호를 전달하는 캐비티가 형성된 통신 모듈과,
상기 통신 모듈을 관통하며, 상기 캐비티의 주변부에 배치되는 접지 비아를 포함하는 레이더 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접지 비아는,
상기 통신 모듈에서 상기 캐비티를 둘러싸도록 배치되는 레이더 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통신 모듈은,
상기 캐비티가 형성되고, 상기 접지 비아에 의해 관통되는 기판과,
상기 기판에 삽입되고, 상기 신호를 발생시키는 신호 생성부를 포함하는 레이더 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 통신 모듈은,
상기 기판의 하부면에 배치되며, 상기 접지 비아와 연결되는 접지체를 더 포함하는 레이더 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 신호 생성부는,
상기 접지체에 연결되는 레이더 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 통신 모듈과 안테나 소자 사이에 배치되는 실장 부재를 더 포함하는 레이더 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 접지 비아는,
상기 통신 모듈과 실장 부재를 관통하는 레이더 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통신 모듈은,
상기 캐비티의 내벽에 도전성 물질이 도포된 레이더 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통신 모듈은,
상기 캐비티의 내부에 도전성 물질이 충전된 레이더 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 통신 모듈은,
상기 기판의 상부면에 배치되며, 도전성 물질로 형성된 도전층을 더 포함하는 레이더 장치.
