Description
도 2는 제1 실시 형태에 있어서의 차량용 냉각 팬 장치의 개략 배면도이다.
도 3은 도 2에 있어서의 3-3 단면도이다.
도 4는 제2 실시 형태에 있어서의 차량용 냉각 팬 장치의 개략 배면도이다.
도 5는 도 4에 있어서의 5-5 단면도이다.
Claims (3)
- 라디에이터 및 콘덴서 중 적어도 한쪽을 수용한 상자 형상이며, 차량의 진행 방향 전측(前側)에 개구를 가짐과 함께 상기 진행 방향 후측에 팬 부착면을 갖는 팬 슈라우드와,
상기 팬 부착면에 배치된 적어도 2개의 냉각 팬으로서, 상하 방향으로 서로로부터 소정 거리만큼 떨어진 중심축을 갖는 상기 냉각 팬과,
서로 이웃하는 상기 냉각 팬의 사이에 상기 팬 부착면에 설치되고, 상기 팬 부착면의 상방으로부터 하방을 향하여 연장됨과 함께 상기 라디에이터 및 상기 콘덴서의 상기 적어도 한쪽을 향하여 돌출되고, 또한, 상단부 및 하단부를 갖는 차폐 리브(rib)를 구비하고,
상기 차폐 리브의 상기 상단부 및 상기 하단부의 적어도 한쪽은, 서로 이웃하는 상기 냉각 팬의 사이에서 공기의 유통을 가능하게 하는 절결부를 갖는 차량용 냉각 팬 장치. - 차량의 진행 방향 전측에 개구를 가짐과 함께 라디에이터 및 콘덴서 중 적어도 한쪽에 공기류를 유도하는 팬 슈라우드와,
상기 팬 슈라우드 내에 수용된 복수의 냉각 팬으로서, 상기 복수의 냉각 팬중, 적어도 서로 이웃하는 2개의 냉각 팬이 횡방향으로 나란히 배치되고, 또한, 상하 방향으로 서로로부터 소정 거리만큼 떨어진 중심축을 갖는 상기 복수의 냉각 팬과,
상기 팬 슈라우드 내에서 상기 서로 이웃하는 2개의 냉각 팬의 사이에 설치되며, 상방으로부터 하방을 향하여 연장됨과 함께 상기 냉각 팬의 사이를 구분하고, 또한, 상단부 및 하단부를 갖는 차폐 리브를 구비하고,
상기 차폐 리브의 상기 상단부 및 상기 하단부의 적어도 한쪽은, 서로 이웃하는 상기 냉각 팬의 사이에서 공기의 유통을 가능하게 하는 절결부를 갖는 차량용 냉각 팬 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 차폐 리브의 상기 하단부가 상기 절결부를 갖는 차량용 냉각 팬 장치.
