Claims (30)
- 유리 기판에 의해 지지되는 코팅을 포함하는 코팅 제품으로, 상기 코팅은,
은을 포함하는 제1적외선(IR) 반사층 및 제2적외선(IR) 반사층 - 상기 제1 IR 반사층은 상기 제2 IR 반사층보다 상기 유리 기판에 더 가깝게 위치함 -;
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층;
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 유전체층;
상기 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층;
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층을 포함하고,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 적어도 10Å 더 얇고, 상기 코팅 제품의 가시투과율이 50% 이하인, 코팅 제품.

상기 코팅은 시트 저항(Rs)이 4.0 옴/스퀘어 이하인, 코팅제품.
- 추가의 기판에 적층된 상기 어느 한 항의 코팅 제품을 포함하는 적층 윈도우.
- 유리 기판에 의해 지지되는 코팅을 포함하는 코팅 제품으로, 상기 코팅은,
제1적외선(IR) 반사층 및 제2적외선(IR) 반사층 - 상기 제1 IR 반사층은 상기 제2 IR 반사층보다 상기 유리 기판에 더 가깝게 위치함 -;
상기 제1 IR 반사층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제1 실질적으로 금속성인 접촉층 - 상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제1 실질적으로 금속성인 접촉층은 두께가 약 15 내지 30 Å임 -;
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 유전체층;
상기 실리콘 질화물 포함하는 층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제2 실질적으로 금속성인 접촉층; 및
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 제2 IR 반사층을 포함하고,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 적어도 10Å 더 얇은, 코팅 제품.
- 제25항에 있어서,
상기 NiCr를 포함하는 상기 제1접촉층은 상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층보다 8 내지 22 Å 두꺼운, 코팅 제품.
- 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 적어도 40Å 얇은, 코팅 제품.
- 제25항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 제품은 모노리식으로 측정된 가시투과율이 약 20 내지 42%인, 코팅 제품.
- 제25항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 제품은 열처리되고, 열처리로 인한 유리측 반사율(ΔE*)이 4.6 이하인, 코팅 제품.
- 유리 기판에 의해 지지되는 코팅을 포함하는 코팅 제품을 제조하는 방법으로, 상기 방법은,
은을 포함하는 제1적외선(IR) 반사층 및 제2적외선(IR) 반사층을 스퍼터 증착하는 단계로, 상기 제1 IR 반사층은 상기 제2 IR 반사층보다 상기 유리 기판에 가깝게 위치하는 단계,
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층을 스퍼터 증착하는 단계,
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 유전체층을 스퍼터 증착하는 단계, 및
상기 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층을 스퍼터 증착하는 단계로, 상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층 상에 바로 접촉하도록 위치하는 단계,
를 포함하고,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 적어도 10 Å보다 얇고, 상기 코팅 제품은 모노리식으로 측정된 가시투과율이 50% 이하인,
코팅제품의 제조방법.
