Claims (6)
- 전기 화학 디바이스 제조에 사용하는 점착 테이프이며, 기재 중 적어도 한쪽 면에 아크릴계 중합체를 베이스 중합체로서 함유하는 점착제층을 갖고, 40℃ 이상, 150℃ 미만의 온도에서 압착 후의 180° 박리 점착력(대 SUS304BA판, 박리 온도: 25℃, 박리 속도: 300mm/분)이, 25℃에서 압착 후의 180° 박리 점착력(대 SUS304BA판, 박리 온도: 25℃, 박리 속도: 300mm/분)의 2배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 화학 디바이스용 점착 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴계 중합체를 구성하는 단량체 성분 전량(100중량%)에 있어서의, 단독 중합체의 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 이상인 단량체(2종 이상 함유하는 경우는 그 총량)의 비율이 5중량% 이상인, 전기 화학 디바이스용 점착 테이프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴계 중합체를 구성하는 단량체 성분 전량(100중량%)에 있어서의, 단독 중합체의 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 미만인 단량체(2종 이상 함유하는 경우는 그 총량)의 비율이 65 내지 94중량%인, 전기 화학 디바이스용 점착 테이프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴계 중합체를 구성하는 단량체 성분 전량(100중량%)에 있어서의, 카르복실기 함유 단량체(2종 이상 함유하는 경우는 그 총량)의 비율이 2중량% 이상인, 전기 화학 디바이스용 점착 테이프.
- 하기의 공정을 포함하는 전기 화학 디바이스의 제조 방법.
공정 1: 집전체에 활물질을 도포 시공해서 집전체/활물질 적층체를 제조하는 공정
공정 2: 집전체/활물질 적층체에 있어서의 활물질의 도포부와 미도포부의 경계 부분에, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에서 기재된 전기 화학 디바이스용 점착 테이프를 40℃ 이상, 150℃ 미만의 온도로 압착하는 공정
공정 3: 전기 화학 디바이스용 점착 테이프가 압착된 집전체/활물질 적층체를 절단 및/또는 펀칭 가공하는 공정 - 제5항에 기재된 전기 화학 디바이스의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 전기 화학 디바이스.
