Claims (14)
- 다중 불포화 탄화수소에 대한 수소의 몰비가 1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 1-부텐의 존재 하에 및 불균일 촉매를 사용하여 수소의 부가와 함께 반응기에서 수행되는, 다중 불포화 탄화수소에 의한 메르캅탄의 티오에테르화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다중 불포화 탄화수소에 대한 수소의 몰비가 0.01 내지 0.8 범위; 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 0.5 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 메르캅탄이 하기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 다중 불포화 탄화수소에 의해 티오에테르화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법: 1,3-부타디엔, 부트-3-엔-1-인 및 1,2-부타디엔.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에탄티올 및/또는 메탄티올이 다중 불포화 탄화수소에 의해 티오에테르화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급물의 질량을 기준으로 20 ppm 미만인 반응기에 대한 공급물 중 일산화탄소의 함량으로, 일산화탄소의 존재 하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불균일 촉매가 원소 주기율표의 VIII 족의 금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 촉매가 지지체로서 알루미늄 산화물 및 촉매적 활성 금속으로서 팔라듐을 포함하는 코팅 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기에의 공급물의 장입 온도가 0 ℃ 내지 180 ℃ 의 범위; 바람직하게는 60 ℃ 내지 150 ℃ 범위, 매우 특히 바람직하게는 80 ℃ 내지 130 ℃ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소가 액체 상에 완전히 용해되도록 액체-상 공정으로서 작업되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C4-탄화수소의 혼합물이 반응기에 대한 공급물로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

● 1-부텐 및/또는 2-부텐으로의 1,3-부타디엔의 선택적 수소화;
● 증류에 의한 1-부텐의 제거;
● 4 개 초과의 탄소 원자를 갖는 올레핀을 형성하기 위한 2-부텐의 올리고머화;
● 증류에 의한 n-부탄 및/또는 이소부탄의 제거;
● 메틸 tert-부틸 에테르 (MTBE) 의 형성을 위한 메탄올에 의한 이소부텐의 에테르화 및 형성된 MTBE 의 제거. - 제 12 항에 있어서, 증류에 의한 티오에테르 및 1-부텐의 조합 제거가 티오에테르화에 뒤따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
