Abstract
이러한 과제를 해결하기 위해, 상방으로부터 투명 도전성막과, 제1 하드 코팅층과, 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재와, 제2 하드 코팅층과, 프로텍트 필름을 적층하여 이루어지는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름이며, 프로텍트 필름이, 점착제층 및 프로텍트 필름 기재로 이루어짐과 함께, 제2 하드 코팅층에 대하여, 박리 가능하게 적층되어 있으며, 또한, 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 MD 방향의 열수축률을 0.6% 이하의 값으로 하고, 프로텍트 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 MD 방향의 열수축률을 0.6% 이하의 값으로 한다.

도 4는 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재 및 프로텍트 필름 기재에 있어서의 MD 방향의 열수축룰의 차와, 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름에 있어서의 컬값의 관계를 설명하기 위해서 제공하는 도면.
Claims (9)
- 투명 도전성막과, 제1 하드 코팅층과, 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재와, 제2 하드 코팅층과, 프로텍트 필름을 순서대로 적층하여 이루어지는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름이며,
상기 프로텍트 필름이, 점착제층 및 프로텍트 필름 기재로 이루어짐과 함께, 상기 제2 하드 코팅층에 대하여, 박리 가능하게 적층되어 있으며, 또한,
상기 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 MD 방향의 열수축률을 0.6% 이하의 값으로 하고, 상기 프로텍트 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 MD 방향의 열수축률을 0.6% 이하의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 MD 방향의 열수축률과, 상기 프로텍트 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 MD 방향의 열수축률의 차를 -0.5∼0.5%의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 TD 방향의 열수축률을 0.6% 이하의 값으로 하고, 상기 프로텍트 필름 기재에 있어서의 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 TD 방향의 열수축률을 0.6% 이하의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름을, MD 방향 100㎜×TD 방향 100㎜의 정방형으로 잘라내고, 상기 프로텍트 필름 측을 하측으로 하여 150℃에서 60분간 가열했을 때의 컬값의 절대치를 25㎜ 이하의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 하드 코팅층 및 상기 제2 하드 코팅층, 혹은 어느 한쪽이, 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물로 이루어짐과 함께, 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물에 있어서의, 1분자 중에 2개 이상의 하기 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 기를 갖고, 또한, 당해 기를 제외한 나머지 구조 중에 알킬렌옥사이드 단위를 포함하지 않는 중합성 화합물(A)과, 1분자 중에 3개 이상의 하기 일반식(2)으로 표시되는 기를 갖는 중합성 화합물(B)의 중량비(중합성 화합물(A)/중합성 화합물(B))를 15/85∼85/15의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름.
(일반식(1) 중, R은, 독립한 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이며, *은 결합 부분을 나타낸다)
(일반식(2) 중, R1은, 독립한 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이며, A는, 독립한 탄소수 1∼5의 알킬렌기이며, 반복수 n은, 각각 독립한 1 이상의 정수이며, *은 결합 부분을 나타낸다) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 하드 코팅층 및 상기 제2 하드 코팅층의 두께를 1∼15㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프로텍트 필름 기재의 두께를 10∼300㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재의 두께를 10∼200㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 하드 코팅층과, 상기 투명 도전성막 사이에, 광학 조정층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로텍트 필름 부착 투명 도전성 필름.
