도2 내지 도5는 도1에 도시된 인버터의 구동시 동작하는 회선을 나타내는 회로도.
도6은 도1에 도시된 스위칭 수단을 제어하기 위한 제어부를 나타내는 블럭도.
도7은 도1에 도시된 태양광 발전용 계통연계형 인버터를 제어하는 동작을 나타내는 파형도.
도8은 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 것으로, 태양광 발전용 계통연계형 인버터를 제어하기 위한 제어부를 나타낸느 블럭도.
도9 내지 도11은 도8에 도시된 태양광 발전용 계통연계형 인버터를 제어하는 동작을 나타내는 파형도.
Claims (3)
- 예정된 정현파를 제공하기 위한 제어 입력부;
상기 제어 입력부에서 제공하는 신호의 위상을 반전시켜 출력하기 위한 위상반전기;
상기 제어 입력부에서 제공하는 신호의 듀티비가 예정된 이하로 판단되는 경우 예정된 값을 전달하고, 이외의 경우에는 상기 제어입력부에서 제공되는 신호를 전달하는 맥스값 제공부;
삼각파를 생성하는 삼각파 발생부; 및
상기 삼각파 발생부에서 제공하는 삼각파와, 상기 맥스값 제공부에서 제공하는 신호를 비교하여 상기 인버터에 구비된 스위치 수단을 제어하는 신호를 제공하기 위한 비교부
를 구비하며, 상기 예정된 값이 전달되는 경우에는 상기 인버터에 구비된 스위치 수단이 스위칭되지 않는 것이 특징인 태양광 발전용 인버터를 제어하기 위한 제어회로.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 예정된 이하로 판단되는 듀티비는 0.02인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전용 인버터를 제어하기 위한 제어회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어회로는
상기 인버터에 구비된 스위치 수단을 제어할 때에 제로 크로싱 지점에서 0전위 출력 시 스위치 수단을 제어하는 신호인 PWM 상태를 한가지 레벨로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전용 인버터를 제어하기 위한 제어회로.
