Claims (6)
2) 단계 1)에서 얻은 고형분에 상온 내지 100℃ 이하로 데운 알칼리 수용액을 가하여 혼합한 후 탈수하여 고형분을 회수하는 단계; 및
3) 단계 2)에서 얻은 고형분에 섬유소 가수분해 효소를 처리하여 효소당화하는 단계
를 포함하는, 목질계 바이오매스로부터 초산을 제거한 발효당을 제조하는 방법.
상기 단계 1)의 열수 전처리가 160 내지 230 ℃에서 0.001 내지 60분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
상기 알칼리 수용액의 pH가 단계 1)에서 얻은 고형분과 혼합되었을 때 pH 11 이상의 알칼리성을 나타내도록 조제된 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
상기 알칼리 수용액이 단계 1)에서 얻은 고형분 총 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 20배로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
상기 발효당이 전처리 후 초산을 제거하지 않고 제조한 당 용액의 초산 함량에 비해 1/2 이하의 양으로 초산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
