Description
도 1은 복합(aggregate) 필름 웹을 형성하기 위하여 유사한 필름 웹에 접합되게 되는 필름 웹의 구조를 도시한다.
도 2a 내지 도 2c는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 제 1 실시예의 단계를 설명하는 역할을 한다.
도 3a 내지 도 3f는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 제 2 실시예의 단계를 설명하는 역할을 한다.
도 4a 내지 도 4f는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 제 3 실시예의 단계를 설명하는 역할을 한다.

Claims (18)
- 제 1 필름 웹(1)과 제 2 필름 웹(2)의 접합 방법으로서, 2개의 상기 필름 웹은 전사 필름 또는 라미네이팅 필름을 제공하고 캐리어 필름(11)과 장식층, 특히 금속층 및/또는 색상층(14)을 포함하고,
상기 접합은 접착제(15, 8, 92, 93, 65, 65')를 사용하여 수행되고, 상기 접착제는 실온의 기본 상태에서 비활성화되고, 열의 공급 또는 방사선의 공급에 의해 활성화될 수 있으며 상기 방법으로 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접합 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 별도의 테이프형 캐리어(9, 9', 63, 63') 상에 제공되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 테이프형 캐리어는 투명하고, 특히 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)를 포함하는 물질로 구성되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 테이프형 캐리어는 5㎛와 100㎛ 사이의, 바람직하게는 8㎛와 20㎛ 사이의, 특히 바람직하게는 10㎛와 15㎛ 사이의 두께를 갖고 그 위의 상기 접착층은 1㎛와 5㎛ 사이의, 바람직하게는 2㎛와 3㎛ 사이의 두께인, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프형 캐리어(63, 63')가 부착되기 전에, 양쪽 필름 웹은, 서로 인접하여, 상기 테이프형 캐리어(63, 63')가 서로 인접한 상기 필름 웹(1 및 2)의 단부 상에 위치되고 상기 접착제(65, 65')가 활성화되는 방식으로 컷팅되고 포지셔닝되어서, 그 결과 상기 테이프형 캐리어(63, 63')가 양쪽 필름 웹(1 및 2)에 부착되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 2개의 상기 필름 웹(1 및 2)은 서로 중첩되어 놓이고 상기 중첩 영역의 양쪽 필름 웹을 통해 특히 칼, 면도날, 컷팅 롤러, 가위, 컷팅 다이를 사용하여, 레이저 또는 초음파를 사용하여 컷팅이 이뤄지며, 이런식으로 형성되는 컷오프된 필름 웹 단부(16 및 26)는 제거되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서, 실리콘으로 코팅된 시트형 부재(3'), 특히 실리콘 코팅된 종이 시트(3')는 컷팅 후 그리고 포지셔닝 전에 2개의 상기 필름 웹 단부 아래에 놓이는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프형 캐리어(9)는 양쪽 측 상에 접착제(92, 93)를 갖고, 상기 필름 웹 단부는 서로 중첩되게 배열되고, 상기 테이프형 캐리어(9)는 상기 중첩 영역에서의 상기 필름 웹 단부들 사이에 놓이고, 상기 접착제가 활성화되며, 그 결과 상기 테이프형 캐리어(9)는 상기 2개의 필름 웹 단부 사이에 접착되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 웹 단부는 서로 중첩되게 배열되고, 상기 테이프형 캐리어(9')는 상기 중첩 영역에서의 상기 필름 웹 단부들 사이에 놓이고, 고온 스탬핑 도구(5)의 도움으로, 상기 제 1 필름 웹(2)의 장식층(14)은 상기 테이프형 캐리어(9')에 전사되고, 상기 접착제(93)는 상기 테이프형 캐리어(9')로부터 분리되고 상기 제 2 필름 웹(1)에 전사되어서, 상기 테이프형 캐리어(9')가 떼어내져서 이후에 고온 스탬핑 또는 방사선이 다시 적용되며, 그 결과 필름 웹 단부는 상기 중첩 영역에서 서로 접착되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 접착제(8)는 닥터 블레이트(doctor blade), 분사, 스프레딩, 인쇄 또는 액체 또는 고체 형태의 기타 수단을 사용하여 상기 제 2 필름 웹(1)의 필름 웹 단부에 적용되고, 상기 제 1 필름 웹(2)의 필름 웹 단부는 상기 제 2 필름 웹(1)의 상기 필름 웹 단부에 중첩하게 놓이고, 상기 접착제가 활성화되며, 그 결과 상기 필름 웹 단부는 상기 중첩 영역에서 서로 접착되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 접착제는 상기 제 1 필름 웹(2)의 외부 층으로서 제공되고, 상기 제 1 필름 웹(2) 및 상기 제 2 필름 웹(1)의 상기 필름 웹 단부는 서로 중첩되게 배열되며, 그 결과 상기 접착제(15)를 갖는 층은 상기 제 2 필름 웹(1)을 면하고 상기 접착제(15)는 고온 스탬핑 도구(5)의 도움으로 활성화되어, 그 결과 상기 필름 웹 단부는 상기 중첩 영역에서 서로 접착되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성화는 고온 스탬핑 도구로서 병진운동으로(translationally) 이동가능한 리프팅 스탬프(5), 회전가능하게 이동가능한 가열된 롤러 또는 병진운동으로 그리고 회전가능하게 이동가능한 롤러 스탬프를 사용하여 수행되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 활성화 전에, 상기 고온 스탬핑 도구 및/또는 상기 고온 스탬핑 도구에 대한 노출을 위하여 제공된 상기 필름 웹상의 스탬핑 지점은 고온의 공기 또는 복사 히터를 사용하여 예열되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 웹(1 및 2)은 고온 스탬핑 필름 또는 저온 스탬핑 필름을 제공하는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 웹의 접합 동안, 각각의 경우에, 양쪽 필름 웹 상에 위치된 적어도 하나의 패턴이나 마킹이, 개별적인 패턴 또는 마킹이 서로에 대하여 정합 정확도(registration accuracy)를 갖고 배열되도록 고려되는, 접합 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 15 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치로서, 2개의 필름 웹(1 및 2) 중 적어도 하나의 필름 웹 단부를 이동시키기 위해 및/또는 클램핑하기 위해 및/또는 컷팅하기 위해 제어 장비에 의해 제어되는 수단 및 특히 패턴 및/또는 마킹의 위치를 광학적으로 감지하기 위한 장비를 가지며, 상기 제어 장비는 감지된 위치의 기능으로서 이동, 클램핑 및/또는 컷팅에 영향을 주도록 구성되는, 장치.
- 필름 웹으로서, 캐리어 필름(11) 및 장식층, 특히 금속층 및/또는 색상층(14)을 포함하고, 열의 공급 또는 방사선의 공급에 의한 접합 동안 활성화되는 접착제(15, 8, 92, 93, 65, 65')에 의해 2개의 개별적인 부분 필름 웹 단부에서 서로 접합되는 적어도 2개의 부분 필름 웹(1 및 2)으로 구성되는, 필름 웹.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 바람직하게는 캐리어 필름(11) 및 장식층, 특히 금속층 및/또는 색상층(14)을 포함하고, 8㎛와 20㎛ 사이의, 바람직하게는 10㎛와 15㎛ 사이의 두께로 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 물질로 바람직하게 만들어진, 특히 투명한 테이프(63, 63')에 의해, 2개의 개별적인 부분 필름 웹 단부에서 서로 접합되는 적어도 2개의 부분 필름 웹(1 및 2)으로 구성되는, 필름 웹.
