Abstract

상기 접속부(2)는 적어도 두 개의 피스들로 형성되고, 접속부(2)의 오목부(5)를 따라 개별 컨덕터들이 배향되는 수단들을 포함하고,
각 컨덕터들은 각각의 오목부들(5) 내부로 푸쉬되고, 상기 오목부(5)를 따라 컨덕터의 방향이 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 절연 바디에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 플러그 인 커넥터(10)의 하우징(11) 내부에 삽입될 수 있고,
접촉부(3) 및 접속부(2)로부터 형성되고,
상기 접속부(2) 및 상기 접촉부(3)는 서로 플러그될 수 있고, 개별 멀티코어 케이블의 개별 컨덕터들이 접촉 수단(4)에 의해 전기적으로 접촉되는 결과로서, 접촉 수단들(4)이 상기 접촉부(3)에 제공되고, 상기 접속부(2)는 멀티코어 케이블의 개별 컨덕터들이 클램프될 수 있는 오목부(5)와 함께 제공되고,
상기 접속부(2)는 적어도 두 개의 피스들로 형성되고, 접속부(2)의 오목부(5)를 따라 개별 컨덕터들이 배향되는 수단들을 포함하고,
각 컨덕터들은 각각의 오목부들(5) 내부로 푸쉬되고, 상기 오목부(5)를 따라 컨덕터의 방향이 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
- 제1항에 있어서,
접속부(2)는 그 위에 푸쉬될 수 있는 포지셔닝 슬리브(2b)와 클램핑 부분으로부터 형성되고,
상기 포지셔닝 슬리브(2b)는 S형 경로 상에 절연 바디(1) 내의 개별 컨덕터를 강제하는 웨지형 위브(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
- 전술한 청구항 가운데 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접촉 수단(4)은 단자(termination) 클램프인 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
- 전술한 청구항 가운데 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접촉부(3)는, 적어도 페어와이즈 방식으로 전기적으로 접촉된 컨덕터를 전자기적으로 보호하는 쉴딩 요소(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 접속부(2)는 상기 쉴딩 요소(6)가 내부에 삽입될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 제1축방향 개구(7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
- 전술한 청구항 가운데 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접속부(2)는 상기 접촉 수단(4)이 내부에 삽입될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 축방향 개구(8)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
- 전술한 청구항 가운데 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접속부(2)는 멀티코어 케이블의 개별 컨덕터가 상기 오목부(5)에 클램프될 수 있는 것을 통해, 클램핑 리브(9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
- 전술한 청구항 가운데 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 바디(1)는 실질적으로 실린더형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
절연 바디.
