N:0.001∼0.01%,
를 각각 함유하고, 잔량부가 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지고,
강판 중에 포함되는 Ti 함유 석출물 중, 원상당 직경이 30㎚ 이하인 것의 평균 원상당 직경이 6㎚ 이하임과 함께, 강 중의 석출 Ti량과 전체 Ti량이 하기 (1)식의 관계를 만족시키고, 또한 금속 조직이, 베이나이트 및 마르텐사이트의 합계 분율이 80면적% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열간 프레스용 강판.
((1)식 중, [N]은 강 중의 N의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄) - 제1항에 있어서, 다른 원소로서, 하기 (a)∼(c) 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것인, 열간 프레스용 강판.
(a) V, Nb 및 Zr로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계 0.1% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
(b) Cu, Ni, Cr 및 Mo로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계 1% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
(c) Mg, Ca 및 REM으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계 0.01% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 열간 프레스용 강판을, Ac1 변태점+20℃ 이상, Ac3 변태점-20℃ 이하의 온도로 가열한 후, 상기 강판의 프레스 성형을 개시하고, 하사점에서 유지하여 금형 내에서 20℃/초 이상의 평균 냉각 속도를 확보하면서 베이나이트 변태 개시 온도(Bs)보다 100℃ 낮은 온도 이하까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 프레스 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 화학 성분 조성을 갖는 강판의 프레스 성형품이며, 프레스 성형품 중의 금속 조직이, 잔류 오스테나이트:3∼20면적%, 어닐링 마르텐사이트 및/또는 어닐링 베이나이트:30∼87면적%, 켄칭 상태 마르텐사이트:10∼67면적%이고, 프레스 강 중에 포함되는 Ti 함유 석출물 중, 원상당 직경이 30㎚ 이하인 것의 평균 원상당 직경이 10㎚ 이하임과 함께, 성형품 중의 석출 Ti량과 전체 Ti량이 하기 (1)식의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 프레스 성형품.
((1)식 중, [N]은 강 중의 N의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 열간 프레스용 강판을 사용하여, 강판의 가열 영역을 적어도 2개의 영역으로 나누고, 그 하나의 영역을 Ac3 변태점 이상, 950℃ 이하의 온도로 가열함과 함께, 다른 하나의 영역을 Ac1 변태점+20℃ 이상, Ac3 변태점-20℃ 이하의 온도로 가열한 후, 양쪽의 영역에 대해 프레스 성형을 개시하고, 두 영역 모두 하사점에서 유지하여 금형 내에서 20℃/초 이상의 평균 냉각 속도를 확보하면서 마르텐사이트 변태 개시 온도(Ms) 이하의 온도까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 프레스 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 화학 성분 조성을 갖는 강판의 프레스 성형품이며, 상기 프레스 성형품은, 금속 조직이, 잔류 오스테나이트:3∼20면적%, 켄칭 상태 마르텐사이트:80면적% 이상인 제1 영역과, 금속 조직이, 잔류 오스테나이트:3∼20면적%, 어닐링 마르텐사이트 및/또는 어닐링 베이나이트:30∼87면적%, 켄칭 상태 마르텐사이트:10∼67%인 제2 영역을 갖고 있고, 이 제2 영역의 강 중에 포함되는 Ti 함유 석출물 중, 원상당 직경이 30㎚ 이하인 것의 평균 원상당 직경이 10㎚ 이하임과 함께, 성형품 중의 석출 Ti량과 전체 Ti량이 하기 (1)식의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 프레스 성형품.
