프레스 성형품. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 강판에, 또 다른 원소로서, 하기 (a) 내지 (c) 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것인
프레스 성형품.
(a) V, Nb 및 Zr으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계로 0. 1% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
(b) Cu, Ni, Cr 및 Mo로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계로 1% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
(c) Mg, Ca 및 REM로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계로 0.01% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음) - C : 0.15~0.5%(질량%의 의미. 이하, 화학 성분 조성에 대하여 동일함),
Si : 1.0~3%
Mn : 0.5~3%
P : 0.05% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음),
S : 0.05% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음),
Al : 0.01~1%
B : 0.0002~0.01%
Ti : 3.4[N]+0.01% 이상, 3.4[N]+0.1% 이하[단, [N]은 N의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄], 및
N : 0.001~0.01%
를 각각 함유하고, 잔부가 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지며,
강판 중에 포함되는 Ti 함유 석출물 중, 원 상당 직경이 30㎚ 이하인 것의 평균 원 상당 직경이 3㎚ 이상인 동시에, 강 중의 석출 Ti량과 전체 Ti량이 하기 수학식 1의 관계를 만족하며, 또한 금속 조직이, 페라이트의 분율이 30 면적% 이상인 열간 프레스용 강판을 이용하여, 강판의 가열 영역을 적어도 2개의 영역으로 나누고, 그 하나의 영역을 Ac3 변태점 이상, 950℃ 이하의 온도로 가열하는 동시에, 다른 하나의 영역을 Ac1 변태점+20℃ 이상, Ac3 변태점-20℃ 이하의 온도로 가열한 후, 양쪽의 영역에 대하여 프레스 성형을 개시하고, 성형 중 및 성형 종료 후에는 어느 영역에서도 금형 내에서 20℃/초 이상의 평균 냉각 속도를 확보하면서 마르텐사이트 변태 개시 온도 Ms 이하의 온도까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는

(수학식 1 중, [N]은 강 중의 N의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄) - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 열간 프레스용 강판에, 또 다른 원소로서, 하기 (a) 내지 (c) 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것인
프레스 성형품의 제조 방법.
(a) V, Nb 및 Zr으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계로 0. 1% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
(b) Cu, Ni, Cr 및 Mo로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계로 1% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
(c) Mg, Ca 및 REM로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계로 0.01% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음) - C : 0.15~0.5%(질량%의 의미. 이하, 화학 성분 조성에 대하여 동일함),
Si : 1.0~3%
Mn : 0.5~3%
P : 0.05% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음),
S : 0.05% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음),
Al : 0.01~1%
B : 0.0002~0.01%
Ti : 3.4[N]+0.01% 이상, 3.4[N]+0.1% 이하[단, [N]은 N의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄], 및
N : 0.001~0.01%
를 각각 함유하고, 잔부가 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 강판의 프레스 성형품에 있어서,
상기 프레스 성형품은, 금속 조직이, 잔류 오스테나이트 : 3~20 면적%, 마르텐사이트 : 80 면적% 이상인 제 1 영역과, 금속 조직이, 잔류 오스테나이트 : 3~20 면적%, 페라이트 : 30~80 면적%, 베이나이틱 페라이트 : 30 면적% 미만(0 면적%를 포함하지 않음), 마르텐사이트 : 31 면적% 이하(0 면적%를 포함하지 않음)인 제 2 영역을 갖고 있으며, 상기 제 2 영역에서의 상기 잔류 오스테나이트 중의 탄소량이 0.50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는
프레스 성형품. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 강판에, 또 다른 원소로서, 하기 (a) 내지 (c) 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것인
