- 염분 내성이 있고 유기물 분해능이 있는 연안 갯벌에서 동정된 수탁번호 KACC91762P인 로도코커스 피리디니보란스(Rhodococcus pyridinivorans) EDB2의 배양물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 바이오 플락 양식시스템의 수질 정화용 미생물 제제를 바이오 플락 양식수조의 사육수에 살포하여 배양함으로서 사육수에 포함되는 유기물을 분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 플락 양식시스템의 수질 정화방법.
- 염분 내성이 있고 유기물 분해능이 있는 연안 갯벌에서 동정된 수탁번호 KACC91762P인 로도코커스 피리디니보란스(Rhodococcus pyridinivorans) EDB2를 배양액에 접종하여 온도 25℃ 내지 42℃, pH5 내지 pH10에서 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 플락 양식시스템의 수질 정화용 미생물 제제의 제조방법.
- 제3항의 제조방법으로 배양하여 얻은 액상제조물에 색상조절을 위한 부형제 또는 저장성 개선을 위한 부형제 또는 효소능력 활성화를 위한 부형제 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 물질이 부가적으로 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 플락 양식시스템의 수질 정화용 미생물 제제의 제조방법.
- 제4항의 제조방법으로 얻은 결과물을 무균적으로 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 플락 양식시스템의 수질 정화용 미생물 제제의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 건조단계 후 얻어진 결과물을 무균적으로 분쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 플락 양식시스템의 수질 정화용 미생물 제제의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서 분쇄된 미생물제제에 발효용 부형제 또는 저장성 개선용 부형제 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 물질이 부가적으로 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 플락 양식시스템의 수질 정화용 미생물 제제의 제조방법.
