Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 탄화규소 나노복합구조체에 촉매 활성성분이 담지된 촉매를 모식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3a 및 도 3b(확대 사진)는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따라 제조한 탄화규소 나노복합구조체 표면의 FE-SEM 사진이다.
도 4a 및 도 4b(확대 사진)는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따라 제조한 탄화규소 나노복합구조체 내부의 FE-SEM 사진이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 4에 따라 제조한 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 수은압입법으로 측정한 기공크기 분포도이다.
도 6a, 도 6b 및 도 6c는 실시예 12 내지 17에 따라 제조한 탄화규소 입자 크기 혼합 비율에 따른 비표면적, 총 기공부피 및 평균 기공크기를 각각 나타낸 도면이다.
도 7a는 본 발명의 실시예 9에 따라 제조한 소결 열처리 전의 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 FE-SEM 사진이며, 도 7b는 실시예 11에 따라 제조한 소결 열처리 후의 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 FE-SEM 사진이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 실시예 18에 따라 촉매 담지후 초임계 유체 처리하지 않고 환원 열처리하여 제조한 촉매 표면의 FE-SEM 사진이다.

Claims (21)
- 메조-마크로 기공 구조를 갖는 탄화규소 나노복합체; 및
상기 탄화규소 나노복합체 표면 및 내부에 Si-Al-O계 나노와이어를 포함하는
탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄화규소 나노복합체는 탄화규소, 무기바인더 및 전이금속 입자를 포함하는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노와이어는 Si를 주성분으로 하고, Al 및 O 원소를 포함하는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메조 기공은 직경이 2 내지 50nm이고, 기공 부피가 0.05 내지 2 ㎤/g 인 탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마크로 기공은 직경이 50 내지 5,000nm이고, 기공 부피가 0.05 내지 20 ㎤/g 인 탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노와이어는 직경이 10 내지 100인 탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기바인더는 산화알루미늄, 산화규소 또는 산화마그네슘인 탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전이금속 입자는 니켈 또는 코발트인 탄화규소 나노복합구조체. - 탄화규소 입자, 무기바인더 전구체 및 전이금속 전구체를 포함하는 혼합물을 초임계 이산화탄소 처리하여 탄화규소, 무기바인더 및 전이금속 입자를 포함하는 복합체를 형성하는 단계;
상기 복합체에 바인더를 첨가한 다음 성형하는 단계; 및
상기 성형체를 소결하는 단계
를 포함하는 제1항에 따른 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 탄화규소 입자, 무기바인더 전구체 및 전이금속 전구체를 포함하는 혼합물을 초임계 이산화탄소 처리하는 단계는 탄화규소 입자와 무기바인더 전구체를 먼저 초임계 이산화탄소 처리한 다음 전이금속 전구체를 첨가하여 다시 초임계 이산화탄소 처리하거나, 또는
탄화규소 입자, 무기바인더 전구체 및 전이금속 전구체를 혼합하여 한번에 초임계 이산화탄소 처리하여 행해지는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 초임계 이산화탄소 처리하여 탄화규소, 무기바인더 및 전이금속 입자를 포함하는 복합체를 형성하는 단계는, 상기 혼합물을 초임계 이산화탄소 반응기에 유입하여 균일한 혼합 유체를 얻는 단계; 및
상기 혼합 유체를 상기 초임계 반응기 내에서 가온가압하여 탄화규소, 무기바인더 및 전이금속 입자를 포함하는 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 무기바인더 전구체는 질산알루미늄, 염화알루미늄, 황화알루미늄, 아세트산알루미늄, 옥살산알루미늄, 포름산알루미늄, 프로피온산 알루미늄 및 알루미늄 알콕사이드중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 무기바인더 전구체는 반응 후 무기바인더로 형성되었을 때 탄화규소와 무기바인더가 1:9 내지 9:1의 중량비가 되는 양으로 사용되는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 전이금속 전구체는 질산니켈, 염화니켈, 황화니켈, 옥살산니켈, 구연산니켈, 개미산니켈 및 아세트산니켈중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 복합체는 원통형 또는 구형의 비드 형태로 성형되는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 초임계 이산화탄소 처리는 30 내지 300℃에서 0.5 내지 30 bar의 압력으로 행해지는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 소결 단계는 800 내지 1,300℃에서 행해지는 탄화규소 나노복합구조체의 제조방법 - 제1항에 따른 탄화규소 나노복합구조체; 및
상기 탄화규소 나노복합구조체에 담지된 촉매 활성성분을 포함하는 촉매. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 활성성분은 Ni, Co, Pt, Pd, Rh, Cu, Fe, Ag 및 Au 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 촉매. - 제1항에 따른 탄화규소 나노복합구조체에 촉매 활성성분 전구체를 담지하는 단계; 및
상기 촉매 활성성분 전구체가 담지된 탄화규소 나노복합구조체를 수소 가스 분위기에서 열처리하는 단계
를 포함하는 촉매의 제조방법. - 제20항에 있어서,
상기 열처리 전에 초임계 이산화탄소 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 촉매의 제조방법.
